No tools needed to change blades, which is a big selling point. Cuts smooth as butter and accurate as well. Only need allen wrench to adjust angle. Some people said no blades were included, however, as I was getting ready to contact the seller about thinking mine were missing, I happened to drop my user manual. Lo and behold, the blades were wrapped in plastic, stuck between pages of the manual. I had picked up the manual and shook it out a couple times and didn't see them, but apparently were stuck to a page until I dropped it. As the blades are thin and small, I had completely missed them originally.
