DELIVERY: The product arrived next day and delivery was accurately tracked on the amazon app. PACKAGING: The product was packaged securely in a cardboard box with enough padding material to ensure the product is not damaged during transit. Neat smok packaging with all the documents and items placed nicely inside. PRODUCT: PROS - Although this is quite old now, this is still the best pod system on the market. Battery life lasts well over a day, and even after a few years it hasn't lost its power retention. I use the mesh MTL coils with nic salts which has helped me kick the cigarettes. The coils themselves are cheap to replace, about £5-£10 for 5 and pods can be reused for as long as you can clean them but they are also cheap to replace. The 2ml capacity can be extended to 3ml (quick google search to find out how). Really easy to use with one button, 5 clicks on/off, 2 clicks battery level, hold to fire. The airflow for my taste is just right (I use to smoke B&H Blues) . If you do prefer a tighter hit you can hold it so that the little air flow slots at the side which is easy enough to get use to. Really nice to hold and has a metal chassis with a design on front and back. Its not weighty yet not too light. It also fits nicely in jeans pockets along side my pretty big phone. USB charging is relatively fast, I usually leave it on charge over night. CONS - With the button being raised from the body it can sometimes fire while in your pocket. After a while you get use to turning it off when putting it away. Micro usb's are slowly being phased out so having the extra charger for just this may feel a little annoying. I've not experienced any leaks but I have had some moisture build up on the pod after really heavy use but easily wiped away. VALUE: Exceptional value for money, and still remains the best pod system I have ever had (I've had a few). VERDICT: Simply class and I'm yet to come across another pod system that comes close to this. Ive found others require you to have a phd in ecigarettes with the level of complexity just to use it. This will have you up and running in a few mins and won't let you down.

After a few days of regular use, the Smok Nord is definitely very good for it's price range. The design is very nice and ergonomic, small and easy to hold. It barely takes up any pocket space. The mouthpiece is a good size and comfortable on the lips during vaping. It is a bit on the heavy side but understandable considering it has a 1100mah battery. The liquid tank can hold up to 3ml of vape fluid and easy to remove to refill. It requires coils and comes with 2 in the box (see product description). For first time users, I would advise to add a few drops of your vape liquid into the coil before inserting the coil (priming) to the tank, otherwise the vaping experience will not be smooth. In terms of performance, the Smok has a fair amount of power and produce a decent amount of vape with very little effort. The battery life is good, can easily get a couple of days use on a single charge or more depending on usage. Charging the device is much quicker than most other vaping devices I have seen but the USB cable that comes in the box is rarher short. The only downside is the power button. It requires 5 presses to turn on or off. In some cases I've had to make a few attempts to turn the Smok on, even on a full battery. But eventually does turn on. It's not common as it's happened to me on 2 occasions so far. Overall, it is a good device, worth the money and well built. I have already replaced my existing vape kit with the Smok Nord one.

The smok nord is a classic, it comes with a. Warranty but I have had a few over the years and have never felt it necessary to use it because they last longer than a year. For the price, it’s a great purchase. The vape itself is practical, burns consistently and gives a great flavour for the juices I use. Battery lasts a whole day easily even with high levels of use and rarely dies if I charge it over night, but what I will say. If you drop it from a height the battery tends to rattle inside due to internal breakage. However I haven’t experienced it stopping because of this. The design is simple and easy to use, hold the button to vape, 2 clicks to determine battery power. And 5 to turn off and on. 100% would buy again ( I have ) and would recommend it to anyone who is quitting smoking as a replacement, doesn’t give a massive vape cloud and acts similarly to a normal cigarette, with the level of vape cloud released.

So I recently upgraded an old vape to a Nunchaku which is fab but it's not always practical to carry. I was out drinking last night and this Smok is about the size of a lighter, so easy to pop out for a quick vape or a vape in-between pubs. The flavour is great and it feels weighted in your hand, a premium product. Let's be fair, this will never match the bigger vapes but that's not it's intent. To summarise, easy to carry, discreet, easy to use, easy to vape, what's not to like? My first round was more than this vape.

Nice but a major flaw in design is the little rubber bung where the vape juice goes. My partner filled it up once and then on filling up 2nd time the rubber bung got stuck and literally snapped off inside the pod, so it was not usable from there on. Sent it back and have now bought him one without a bung again from Amazon. Can’t fault Anazon customer services - they are always very efficient, my niggle is with the poor design.

I've bought 18 of these over the last five years (they get a lot of use). They were the most convenient no nonsense pod system. Simple and effective without all of the fancy electronics. Unfortunately the quality control has disappeared. The last two I bought are both virtually unusable out of the packet. Both have a bung that needs a BIC biro lid and persistance to get the bung out to refill. One of them also has the head won't stay in the socket issue, so you need to hold it in to make contact with battery. I'll be looking for a new brand for my next order.

The original smok nord is still the undefeated king of pod systems. Getting rid of every unnecessary feature and instead giving you a solid, dependable and stylish e cig that just won’t stop working. These things are built like tanks. The only down side been that batteries last about 7 months before the fact they’re rechargeable becomes a issue. The battery dies. But I’ve not yet found another system I’d happily buy again and again and again. Don’t stop producing these smok, even the newer smok nord pro isn’t as good.

Good points: - Easy to setup - Flavour is good for a pen - The battery life is decent Bad Points: - The dry hits. You can't see how much liquid is left, so you'll get loads of dry hits unless you take the top of the Vape off to manually check for fluid every time you use it. I'm on coil number 4 in my first week of usage. If your hands are anyway damp, it can be quite tricky to get the top off. Summary: This would be a great little Vape pen only for the remaining fluid visibility issue, or lack there of. Unfortunately, the scarring of repeated dry hits is strong, so I can't recommend.
