Most helpful and easy to use product. I don't have to touch the mop for wringing excess water. I use this mop 2-3 times a week. The bucket and mop head are still good. The mop handle spring stopped working today after a yearof use. Thankfully same brand has a mop handle available on Amazon. I got the mop handle delivered within 10 minutes. This product is worth the price and convenience.

I purchased "Scotch-Brite 2-in-1 Bucket Spin Mop" in the lockdown but to my surprise the product has a manufacturing defect. On the first day of use, the top handle of the mop came out all of a sudden and the sharp steel underneath hit my palm deeply causing injury. Since it was strict lockdown, we choose to insert a tap and work it around to use the mop. Now, the top handle of the mop is so loose that it keeps sliding and we are not able to use the mop absolutely. It's a complete waste of money. Update (26-Jun-2020): Raised a complaint with the company with following proofs: Pic1: The mop had cut my hand deeply as the top most handle just came out the very first day we used. This mop was purchased from Amazon.in (Invoice attached along). We called up amazon then and there also in this regard. Since the city happened to be under a strict lockdown, Amazon.in said that they did not have any replacement available at that point of time and thus, we had no option but to keep this product. Moreover, with no househelp support available, no medical OPDs working in our area (due to lockdown sealing) and this sort of injury happening to my hand, a week went by very tough. Pic2, Pic3: The top handle is utterly loose and comes out every time the mop is used. For each round, we need to either insert something by our own to keep the handle at its place for 5 minutes or use it without the top handle. There is no covering over the steel rod (as shown in the pic) and it is dangerous for hands. Video: The attached video shows that even after the mop is locked, it slides completely down. The complete mechanism of this mop does not work and is totally a waste for us. WHAT IS THE FIX / RESOLUTION (Update- 3rd July 2020): We got a resolution from the company explaining us that mop has been installed incorrectly. I am copying the reply here as well: This is how it should be: 1. The side without screw should go into mop head 2. The side with screw will go into handle and get locked by twisting To perform a quick check, the locking level in the middle section should lock towards the top and unlock when pushed towards the bottom. Sharing a pic of the product as it should be for your reference. AM ATTACHING THE LAST 3 PICS as shared by the company. We did this and it fixed the issue.

Very satisfied with this purchase! The bucket spin mop is really convenient and easy to use. It makes cleaning much quicker and less tiring. The spinning mechanism works smoothly and the mop cleans floors effectively without leaving excess water. The bucket is sturdy and the overall quality feels good. It’s a great addition for everyday cleaning. Totally worth the price. Highly recommended!

It is very easy to use, performed consistently throughout the year. Overall, I’m satisfied with its material quality and durability.

The mop handle comes in two parts which don't fit well together. If you press hard, chances are it will bend. The quality of the bucket plastic is average. It cracked on 1at day if use. Ordered another set but that has handle issue. Does not have wheels at the bottom so one has to pick up the bucket to move it everytime. Not worth the money. Expected better quality product from Scotch Brite.

I bought this Scotch-Brite Metal Spin Mop expecting premium quality and smooth operation from a trusted brand like 3M, but it has been a huge disappointment. Within just 2 months of standard, gentle household use, the core spinning mechanism completely failed. The handle and the bucket itself are still intact, but because the interior gear mechanism has stopped rotating, the mop can no longer wring out water. It is completely stuck and useless now. For a product that commands a premium price, a mechanical failure in less than 60 days is completely unacceptable and points to a major manufacturing defect. I am extremely dissatisfied. I strongly request the seller or Scotch-Brite customer care to reach out and arrange a replacement handle/spinning part to fix this issue. Prospective buyers, please be aware of this mechanical flaw before purchasing. I will update this review if the brand steps up and provides a resolution.

Good quality little costly

I bought this Scotch-Brite Twin Bucket Spin Mop four years ago (2022) for daily household cleaning across roughly 1,200 sq. ft. of vitrified tile flooring. Most cleaning tools start falling apart within 12–18 months, but this set has genuinely outlasted expectations. What held up after 4 years: Twin Bucket Mechanism: The separate rinse and spin-wring sections keep clean and dirty water manageable. If you want a durable, hassle-free mop that eliminates bending down or wringing by hand, this one is worth every rupee. Highly recommended!
