Definitely not vanilla. More of a flowery-coconut scent. Very light and not over-powering.

Are these products safe for color treated hair?

Yes..no problems with fading Been using it for years and I have blonde dyed hair

Can this be used for women of color with curly hair?

It doesn't say not to use...I honestly want to say yes. It is like a conditioner consistency not very sticky.... and I swear it creates curls I didn't even know I had.
