Review: Highly recomnended powerful natural light. - I purposefully did not want to write a review until I had given myself the opportunity to properly test this product. First off, the unit has a smart, professional appearance. Kingbo are a trusted company for me, having already bought 3 other lights of theirs. I like the individual switches which have a good solid feel to them and enable the lights to be individually controlled. I have also tested the light with a typical smart plug to take care of mamaging a timing cycle with no problem. The flezible arms feel of good quality and easily up to the job of supporting the weight of the bulbs, and also the spring clamp is well up to the job. On receiving the unit, you will need to screw the bulbs into the holders aif that's it, you're ready to switch on. Don't be tempted to look at the light as you switch on... They are very bright for the stated wattage! I would also caution you to take care when adjusting the lights to start well away from your plants, to maximise the lit area and to check how they are growing... There seems to be no need to bring t he lights close to the plants. You should also hold the bulb holder when adjusting the lights as the bulbs E27 fitting has the ability to swivel for added control and therefore is press-fitted onto the E27 screw. All in all an excellent light, very well suited to indoor growing, getting seeds an early start or just giving your growing pots of supermarket herbs a welcome boost, whilst using only tiny amounts of electricity. Highly recommended. Review: Great Product with One/Two Niggles - This is for the most part great! A dual head light with individual switches, ability to use with a timing plug, ability to switch out the bulbs for any other e27 bulb. The ability to use more powerful bulbs if needed! My concerns come from the bulbs included only. The rest is hard to complain about. 1) the colour temperature is reported at 2700k. I would like clarification on that from Kingbo. Since this is such low wattage nothing will be flowering under this and 4000k would be a much more sensible option. The lower the Kelvin, the more warm the light becomes which means more red light which is usually associated with flowering. 3500k is the standard used for grow lights with 4000k the choice for vegetative growth. Would love if they released some other bulbs to purchase alongside this. (With Samsung LEDs or brudgelux would be great) 2) Despite these bulbs being led and only 10w each head. The heat given off at the heatsink is very high. My ambient temperature is 15 celcius today and the heatsink is measuring 50c. If I touch an led light bulb of very similar wattage the heat given off is almost non existent. This bulbs feel more like that of an old halogen which means a large quantity of the 10w is being converted into heat rather than photons for growing plants. I wish these companies would stop using such cheap, inefficient and old epistar LEDs. Despite this, the light output is very bright but you would expect that from 20w led. We shall see how the plants do underneath them! One thing I'm very happy to see is this shift away from red/ blue LEDs. Full spectrum white is a much better choice for a variety of reasons and should be the direction future products are based on. Please Kingbo clarify the Kelvin, release some 4000k bulbs with high quality LEDs (Samsung lm301b would be my choice) and I'm sure that will fix the heat issue with the current bulbs. This product has a good future if these things can be addressed as it's very useful. The best dual head gooseneck grow light on desertcart right now and it will be a must buy IF they release better bulbs

Fantastic investment! Worth it!
I LOVE this grow light! Already I have noticed the visible difference in my succulents. I was losing a lot over winter and the ones that were left weren't doing so great. I wasn't having much luck propagating either. Since getting the light, which I leave on for 5 hours every night, my plants are doing so much better! They're healthy, retaining their natural colour, and I'm also seeing great progress with my propagating! Some leaves which haven't done anything for months are now sprouting roots as well as new babies! Suffice to say I am ecstatic at the results. Its also extremely easy to set up, clips perfectly on my shelf, and adjusts easily to the positioning I need while still being sturdy and secure. Amazing buy!! I'm also glad I chose the sunlight colour because it gives my room a warm ambient glow when I have it on in the evenings- no need to switch my regular light on at the same time because this gives off enough light on its own. Win win!

Flickering Bulb
Have purchased 2 of these units but one of the bulbs flickers constantly and doesn't generate enough light. Swapped the 2 bulbs around and the problem followed the bulb, ruling out an electrical fault with the unit itself. No way of requesting a replacement bulb through Amazon - oloption to return entire unit which I don't want to do as will leave plants without decent light for too long. This is the only way I can see of contacting seller. Otherwise, good product.

Excellent grow light for seedlings and young plants
Ordered this 50w dual LED grow light for my propagation tent to replace a 4 tube T5 and I am very pleased with the results. The unit itself is very well built, with a dual light set up each with their own individual switch. The ability to grip to a tent pole removes the hassle of hanging a light within a tent and flexible arms form each light allow better and more precise positioning. Initial seedling growth seems to be improved when compared to the T5 and I like the sun-like output from the bulbs. So far, there are no signs of light bleaching which can be common when growing with LED and heat is no existent under the lights. Although I am using this light for propagation, it could also be used as supplemental lighting for mature plants. This is the fourth Kingbo grow light I have purchased and as expected, the build quality and relatability are exceptional.
