Vitamin E is essential for getting fish oil to the brain in the form of LPC-DHA. This product also prevents fish oil from being oxidized and is directly incorporated into lipid membranes. I can feel how good it is when I take high dose fish oil. It’s like doubling the effective dose of fish oil. I can see changes in my heart rate variability (increasing exponentially) since I first took this product in May. Also solid improvements in my VO2 max each time I work out.

I like everything about this product. It provides not only alpha tocopherol, but also other tocopherols, as well as tocotrienols. I take it regularly and intend to keep ordering and using it.

Amazing quality, especially for the price. I will be a repeat customer.I had a bad experience with Vitamin E once. This was a result of getting an incomplete version of the vitamin. I had no idea about the complixities of vitamins. After some time and research, I was fortunate to find MRM's complete E. I wish I would have known about this particular brand years ago. My respiratory system was in a miserable state, but after the second day of taking this I could sense relief. Everything in terms of sleep and breathing quality has improved. I'm even exercising again.Thank you MRM, for making something of this quality and making it affordable.

This is a August 16 update. The company (MRM) has contacted me and is making good on the order. They suspect the item was overheated in shipment.

I wanted a complete E for my son to help with speech. He is young and can't swallow large pills, so I planned to empty them into his drink and dissolve them with his other supplements. Since these do not easily dissolve and only seem to harden in cold liquid, I tried taking them myself. Every time I take these (with food, even) I feel ill (nauseaus) for a few hours. Maybe they will work for you, but they do not work for me.

Broad spectrum effective and reasonable price

I like this brand and the complex formulation - this is a hard formula to find. The only downside is that it does use soybean oil but there are so few vitamin e products that do not use it.
