What it does have is well written coverage of many fine rifles most readers will never have the pleasure of owning. Other than a few typos this is a perfect work on the subject matter covered. Fully recommended.

The book was well written, in readable language. Well balanced and fair descriptions of the older classic .22's. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the author's experiences.

Very informative for us old school 22 lovers! I suggest getting Walnut and Steel II together for a complete model review.

I liked the information that was printed. Very informative. The omitted disassembly and reassembly instructions were disappointing but what was provided was very good.
