Worx WA4214 Storage Step Stool

This step stool was well thought out and manufactured with quality materials for a long life. It is handsome, sturdy, well balanced and holds a lot of tools. For the price, it is better than anything else I've seen on the market in this category. Buy one and you will love it just as I do.

I stand or sit on this very solid and secure feeling step/toolbox 5 days a week. It easily stows enough tools and hardware to make it almost too heavy to lift single handed. Being moderately uncoordinated at 265lbs leads me to strive for balanced, secure footing...This little thing achieves that in so many ways.

Picked this up to replace another wwe moved to the camper. This one is better built than expected and is very sturdy and comfortable to use. Had lots of space for seating and quite a bit of storage inside.

I've had a storage/stepstool for years that I bought in a pawshop. It's nicked and paint drizzled and the finish has faded, but it has been there, thick and thin. I wanted a second one, and couldn't find a match, so I bought this one. I will tell you, up front, there is one thing I don't like - the pull out drawer underneath. My old one had a tool-box-like lift out tray with storage underneath (the body of the thing was deeper than this one), The WORX unit has a shallower body, with a slide out drawer underneath. I can see why they did it, you can access storage while you have something resting on top, for example, but the pull-out drawer doesn't have any kind of retention latch, so it can slide out on its own when you sling it in the back of the truck. I think I will probably drill a hole down through the bottom of the box and the lip of the tray and put a carriage bolt through it for transport, and pull it out at the job-site. Oh, by the way, I'm just a few meals shy of 300 lbs, and the thing is rock steady under me.

Nice sturdy tool stool that is just the right height to get you level (or nearly so) with top door hinges, insulating basement pipes, etc.). Two places to store tools needy for your project. The only improvement would be a divider for the top (and larger) storage area.

I love this stool! I have 2 of them! Being a middle aged short woman, it has been a tremendous help for me as it is difficult to reach those top cabinets and shelves. I also use it for a seat when I am trimming the dog's nails. I keep the nail tools in the top and a few other things that come in handy around the house. the top is wide enough to fee safe to stand on and the base a bit wider so you feel secure. It is not so tall that you cannot just step off. Just a great stool!

Not the cheapest tool box out there, but definitely well built and sturdy for such a light box. So handy to carry tools and stand or sit on while working. Would certainly buy again.

This works great as a storage box for my shoes and I can climb into our teardrop trailer with ease now.

Very sturdy you feel safe standing on it, i used a plastic standard step stool before and it was a saftey hazzard, always felt like it was going to snap at any moment, this step stool does not wobble in the slightest, and it has a good amount of storage space to keep tools in.

The additional expenses of transport from US was painful, but it was unavailable in OZ so 🤷 the choice was limited as the box is perfect for my use.
