Response on site
A button and down button did not work well. I did not see a response and I found it on their site, asking me to contact them to resolve it. I will do that and I appreciate the prompt response. So a 5 star rating, ignore the last one.

Satisfied
Brought back all the nostalgic memories. Satisfied with how it works. I had the yellow one. Glad I found it in teal.

Issues With System
I ordered two of these. The first arrived and was in fantastic condition but when I pressed the different buttons they all required a lot more strength to depress then what the Nintendo Gameboys buttons on all of the Gameboy systems usually require to depress the buttons. This had to have been because the Refurb business Amazon uses put brand new after market membranes on the Gameboy and this is fine however if they are going to do this they need to put ones on that are closer to what the original feel like. These membranes were so hard to press that it would have fatigued my hands quickly. I returned it and placed another order for another gameboy color. When the new one arrived it was not in the Excellent condition that was claimed by the Refub business on Amazon and had yellow resin all along the sides of the body of the Gameboy and part of the gameboy on the corner was loose. The other major issue is that the A button did not function right and you had to push down really hard to get a response. Also the select button required a lot strength to push down.It is very upsetting that these systems do not go through a better QA process.

Surprisingly pleased
UPDATE; EDIT:After I started using the gameboy it started working just fine with everything. The left D-Pad is registering, the power button is fine, I even tested the audio Jack with plug in headphones and the left and right side worked perfectly. Only reason no 5 star is some VERY minor cosmetic "damage" for lack of better term. A few scuffs on the body of the console, but nothing affecting play/usability. The screen even had that little peel away plastic like you get on a cell phone even though it came in generic packaging.I read the reviews, broke down and bought one, and I have to give it 3.5 to 4 stars only because the power button on it needs to be slightly toggled before it actually turns on and registers the game loading, the Left button on the D-Pad seems to be off center so it takes a minute to get the device to register a press down on it, if not a quick shake of the handheld to wriggle around the inside mechanics, and after a power off, there is a good 2 to 3 second freeze frame of whatever game played, that takes s bit to fade out. Trying to decide if I want to take wathe time to pay shipping and send it back, in hopes for a better working model, but I'm not sure yet. Will try to repost with a follow up.

Great condition, legit sellers!
The gameboy was in great condition! Thank you!The screen was scuff free, buttons worked great, and it plays my old Pokémon Yellow perfectly.I appreciate the care taken to put film on the screen and encase the gameboy in bubble wrap like it’s made of glass. These guys are awesome, thanks again.

Volume, not even 11
Not sure why it came this way but here is to trying to fix it. Sound had high pitch and volume spindle doesn’t change the sound. High pitch transfers to headphones and volume spindle still has no affect.
