Very good product

Came cooled, well packed, fresh and tasty. Caviar is small, as i personally prefer. Good price.

I like the taste, but the texture is a little mushy.

I loved this caviar I got a large amount for the price and it was fresh and great quality! It had delicious color and texture. It also came in the most adorable jars which I know used to keep small items in! I would definitely buy

It arrived warm and I to dispose of it. They only packed it with frozen plastic covered ice and didn't place it in an inexpensive cooler. When I checked the reviews (unfortunately after receiving the package) I noticed that others had the same issue. I did send Go2Go (the company) a note letting them know the problem and suggesting them to place it in an inexpensive cooler like other vendors that I have used in the past do.

My husband and kids love Ikura! And this roe didn't disappoint. It arrived needing to go into the refrigerator immediately!! So I'm glad I was home when it was delivered. That night we had sushi rice with a dollop of ikura/salmon roe on top and it was a hit! Everyone had second helpings!! My husband said this had a good flavor and the eggs had a nice feel and pop in the mouth. For 3 jars of excellent roe, this was a good value for the price.

Not terrible by any means, but compared to the 1.7 oz $11 Salmon roe at Whole Foods it’s noticeably brinier & acidic tasting. This is probably a preference thing, but the size pearls are smaller than what I’m used to so it was missing that pop. The jar is a little mushier in consistency as well like several had already popped. Good quantity for the price, but might consider another.
