Outstanding product!
I purchased the Green Bean Chips, Sea-Salted, Natural, Delicious and Fresh, Bulk Chips (2.2 LBS) and they are fantastic! I’m disabled, so finding well-priced, high fiber, low carb, high quality, nourishing foods that don’t require a lot of energy/effort to prepare is a real concern. There are long expanses of time where I can’t eat much at all, so the foods need to last through those droughts and be there on hand when I can manage it. That’s a tall order for any product. These greens beans are perfect! They are tasty, crunchy, and actually kind of fun to eat, with a light natural sweetness. I can snag a handful in the days where I need to up my fiber/green vegetable intake but simply can’t manage physically or logistically. The packaging is robust, a sort of plasticized foil bag that has maintained the crips freshness of the product for a couple months now. To optimize that freshness I decant a bit at a time into a plastic bag to minimized the exposure to air, rolling the top down and securing the whole with clips. No need to fear that a bulk purchase of this size won’t last. Absolutely fabulous product that I’m ordering again at this very moment. (By the way, I wasn’t rewarded in any way for this review.)

Delicious Snack!
These are not beans for reconstituting in recipes, they are a snack or (crumbled up) a soup or salad topping. They aren't really low calorie, low carb, or low fat either - but they are delicious! I think they're more expensive than the ones I used to be able to get at a local market but I had a craving.

Eat Slowly or You might chip a tooth!
They taste good but there are ones that are too tough to chew and have what feels like rocks in them that can chip a tooth. Some are like chewing on a wood stick with tough fibers that can't be chewed up very well. You should be outside or have a pail handy to spit the bad ones in. That will be about every third or forth one. I'm throwing my whole 2 lb bag in the garbage. Don't want to risk chipping my teeth. As for as I'm concerned they were a total waste of my money.

buy it
I think a bunch of the nuts and dried vegetable vendors at farmer's markets are repackaging these. It tastes the same.

Good crunch, and surprisingly sweet.
The green beans were crisp and good and I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet they tasted.

Delicious!
I LOVE these! They are delicious and a great snack. I love to take these on our road trips. Similar to what you would by in Sprouts or Jimbo’s, these green beans deliver the crunch, taste and nutritional value one would look for when buying healthy snacks! I bought 2 bags previously to this one and will buy again and again!

Flavorful and crunchy
These have a slight sweet taste and are super crunchy. However, I cannot be forgiving of the tricks left in some of the green beans. You are going along munching and then there the hard crunch and the string pokes your mouth and tongue like a Longsword. I am very texture sensitive and this sole reason of the strings, is why I won't purchase again. It is also not kid approved due to the same reason.

An awesome snack!!
Love, love, love these!! They are a little bit pricey, but they are so good. They make a great snack! The nutrition information listed on the bag is very misleading though. It says something like 500 calories per serving, but if you figure out what a serving size that actually is it is huge, like 5 times more than a person would eat. So don’t be put off by that if you want to order them.
