Definitely! I use this as an alternative to waxed thread in leather working & in a lot of ways it's actually better as it allows finer stitching without losing the required strength. Quality wise this is way better than any haberdashery thread you can buy but it is slightly thicker

Great thread and is very strong

I needed a strong thread for some outdoor where and some outdoor cushions that are savaged regularly by my dogs. This has not disappointed and is used regularly.
