Thanks to the smooth and even baking of HR (high resistance) ceramics, gingerbreads, marbled cakes and olive cakes swell perfectly, retain their softness and are beautifully served in the mould. Its enamel is not afraid of scratches, you can cut the cake directly into the mold. Two small handles make it easy to handle from oven to table. And to clean it; A wipe with a sponge or a dishwasher is enough. (Made in France, it is guaranteed for 10 years.)
