I have LG monitor with 200x100 vesa holes. This inexpensive adaptor allowed me the mount it on a regular 100x100 monitor arm. It includes all the screws and was very easy to use. It is thick and sturdy. Previously I uses a wooden plank to adapt such monitor, but it was not easy to mount and added thickness. This unit does not add much thickness and holds much more stably.

I put this on a Samsung Syncmaster and indeed the plate was too big to fit in the hole in the back of the monitor. I managed to screw it on so it was on top of the monitor, the screws were just long enough. I would have hoped the vesa holes would have screw wire for an easy montage, but it's just a whole so you have to work with a screw and bolt to get your vesa piece attached.

Mounted these onto our study room monitors and they are very well designed and very durable indeed. Great value for money.

A simple solution to different VESA mounting holes. I brought home 2 Hisense 32 inch televisions to use as monitors, and a dual monitor stand. The mount pattern for the screws was not the standard pattern. A quick visit to Amazon Turned up this. A quick shipment and a few minutes of putting these on the back and I was able to mount the televisions and connect them up as monitors.

This is a solid adapter and it seems like it would be great, but it didn't fit the hole behind the monitor. It was slightly too big. Another bracket we bought had the same issue but came with adapters that holds the bracket away from the hole and worked perfectly. We have an old Samsung computer monitor.

I recently replaced my old 24" Vizio TV with a Hisense 32 A4FH TV. My wall swing arm mount is from MonoPrice. The VESA plate on the mount has 200Wx100H but in the Horizontal style. The Hisense A4 model all are 100Wx200H, 90 degrees. This mounting adapter was exactly what I needed to mount the TV. The screws to mount the 75x75 were exactly the right size. As for the screws for the TV, they are not included with the TV or the Mounting adapter. For Hisense, the recommended size is standard M6 x 10mm long. I think all the Hisense TVs in the same model line up to 43", and even the A6 models, though the adapter plate may block the composite inputs.

I also have a Samsung SyncMaster 2494 and can confirm that the plate is too big to fit into the cavity. However, when you take off the plastic plate that covers the cavity, you'll see 4 circles with Xs indicating where you can drill through the plastic plate to mount the screws. I drilled out the 4 holes slightly wider than the size of the screws and the plate back on the monitor. Then I was able to take some 3/4 inch screws of the same size, along with the washers provided with the plate, and connect the mount flush against the monitor back. It's a very heavy, solid mount!
