High quality materials
Perfect for putting my NYC Metro card into the plastic holder and attaching to my purse so I don’t have to go diving for my subway card every time into my purse. It hangs on the outside.

These are fantastic!!
I really wasn't expecting anything as nice as this at all! They are nice and solid, feel very well put together, and the retracting cord & the mechanism are super strong. I absolutely love that it has both a carabiner-type clip and a regular clip on the back for like a shirt pocket or lapel. Not to mention, the locking pouch for the actual badge itself completely seals and that whole entire part is water proof - which is GREAT because I bought these for my friends and I to put our (cardboard) chairlift passes in it. The only minor concern is that the retracting mechanism is so strong, that if you let it whip back into place after pulling it out, it will split the plastic piece apart at the button where it attaches to the badge holder. Not a big enough deal to me to subtract a star, but I will probably use the key ring part on the badge holder just in case. Or, you know, don't let it whip violently back into place in the first place lol.

Plastic badge holder tears after a few months.
I like the color, weight and the ease of use of this badge holder. But the durability is disappointing. The plastic badge holder has teared on the sides and on the top after six months of use.

These are fantastic and can withstand a lot of use for many months. I use them for bar code scanning so they get pulled and retracted many times a minute. Very happy and have purchased many over the last few years.
