I was facing random engine stalling while riding and lost mileage due to the high ethanol blend, so I got this mainly as a preventive measure to protect the engine and fuel system. After using it twice, I've definitely noticed a positive difference—the sudden stalling issue has reduced noticeably, the scooty runs a bit smoother, and I even got a slight mileage bump of around 2-3 kmpl back. It might not be a total magic fix overnight, but it does work as advertised to counter E20 fuel problems.
