does the ET80 come with a 15A prewired plug for 110 volt service?

It comes with a normal plug. 3 prong that you could plug into any outlet in a normal US home.

Will this pump replace a hiblow 80 series?

This pump I used to replace a hiblow 80 series, in September 2017, & I haven't had any problems so far. The Blue Diamond seems to work just as well as the more expensive hiblow. I would buy the blue diamond again.

I have a hoot system with a troy-air h500a pump and it has all the alarms. does this pump have all the same hook ups for the alarms?

Blue Diamond makes these pumps two ways, "with brass" and without. The "brass" is a small threaded connection that is included with those pumps marked "with brass". Those pumps also have a screw on the bottom that can be removed so that this brass valve can be threaded in.
