Seems to be solidly built, but no mention of a warranty.Instructions are really poor - particularly in relation to locking the spindle when needing to change the backing pads, which involves holding the trigger up while using the "bar tool", as they call it, to turn the inner structure around until you find the hole to insert the bar tool in, it's a right fiddly job, and appears to be an afterthought in design - see attached pic.However, the sander works well enough, and if it proves over time to have some durability, then I would think it's a good buy.If it wasn't for the "dog's dinner" of a spindle lock, I would have given it 5 stars.Amazon delivered within 24 hours of placing the order, so 5 stars for that.

Excellent little sander for use in small awkward areas .

The tool works fine, and with the extras, its great value. Very pleased with the purchase and would recommend.It could do with some decent instructions though!Just make sure your compressor is up to the job. You need 4 cubic feet of air per minute (113 litres). Your compressor should ideally be capable of at least 50% more, or it will struggle and you'll have no power (Hence the other review!) Some smaller compressors won't have the puff.The little tool (mentioned in the same disgruntled review) is to lock the spindle so that the disc can be tightened or loosened. It fits into a little hole just behind the disc, opposite the trigger. There are two holes, its the one nearest the disc. You need to rotate the black "hub" to line up the holes, not the actual disc, or central spindle).Its a bit fiddly till you get the hang of it.Once you've worked that out, the tool works fine and the tool has plenty of power. Its a bit noisy (air tools are!) so you might want ear defenders or earphones etc.It comes with a connector "tail" , but unless you have the matching female connector, you will probably need to get one. You need a male 1/4 bsp fitting on it.Hope this helps.

This little DA works really well, ideal for the tight areas. Makes short work of areas that you would usually hand sand.Different size discs easily changed using the pin provided putting it through the small hole in front of the trigger and locking the disc to enable you to undo the disc

Useless. Leaked air and stopped working after about 5 minutes. Complete waste of money. The trigger pinches your fingers, it’s very difficult to get the spindle attached properly and it shot off on first use. The instructions are practically non existent.

Fonctionne bien mais à utiliser avec un énorme compresseur car très gourmand en air.

Ich habe das Produkt gekauft um an GFK anbauteilen meines Autos Schleifarbeiten vorzunehmen.Der erste Eindruck nach dem Auspacken war sehr gut. Das gerät macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Es ist schwerer als man denkt was ich aber für positiv empfinde da man was in der Hand hat.Der Zusammenbau geht schnell und einfach. Die dazugehörigen verschiedenen schleifdurchmeser machen einen soliden Eindruck.Das mitgelieferte Schleifpapier ist super.Der einzige negative Punkt ist dass keine Gummidichtung am Gewinde des Druckluftanschluss sitzt. Aber mit ein wenig Teflonband vom Heizungsbau wird alles sehr gut Dicht.Preis Leistung ist super und für die Arbeiten die ich hatte war das Gerät prima geeignet.Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.

I have to give this item five stars because it is actually quite good. It is solid and does what it is meant to do. However, I wish I had purchased an electric orbital sander. I don’t know what size compressor you need to run this tool, but the two I have certainly are not big enough. Use the sander for more than 5-10 seconds and the compressor has to refill. If you keep sanding, the compressor is on constantly and the sander operates slower than it should. Only buy one of these if you have a very large compressor.

ponceuse ou l'on n'a pas la possibilité de bloquer l'axe pour défaire le disque ,?? OUi il y a bien une cale livrée avec, mais il est impossible de la faire rentrer dans les trous.Bref un jouet
