This a great up grade over stock. Plus it reusable. High quality.

This filter fits like stock but increases power. Its the easiest to maintain as well. A quick rinse with the K&N washing detergent and let it dry. Apply a little filter oil to the pleated filter element and your ready to reinstall. That's it. It doesn't get any better than this. I also own the race version of this filter for track day riding and its unbelievable the amount of power increase you get from just a filter change. The K&N line of products for sport bikes is a must for the riding enthusiast. If this filter wasn't good for the life of the bike I would buy another one. That's how good it is.

Prefect fit for my 2011 R1 and a noticeable difference in performance.

I have been using K&N air filters in all my vehicles since they became available. They are well made, and just a great idea. They flow more air than the stock paper filter and have good filtration. I now use BMC air filters. They are said to have a higher filtration, with good air flow. Since my bike has forced air induction, filtration take priority over flow.

Ok if you have an 09r1 or newer this does wonders. I went to a track day the week before I got this air filter. I had my oem one in. If you have a jumpy throttle feel like it bogs in the turn as you try to power out then all of a sudden you are at 12 o'clock this fixes that and gives you confidence in your throttle again. I just went to a track day last weekend again with the k&n airfilter in and it was incredible. Like night and day and it feels good to be confident on your bike. Smooth throttle easy install Ps-I felt like there was a slight power gain in the bottom end but it was smooth

Fits in right where the stock filter goes and immediately makes the bike feel/run better. Unluckily I started working on my bike in the winter so I have some time to go before I can take it to the track in nice weather and open it up to see how well this really works. So far, so good.

Des années que j’utilise les produits KN en remplacement des origines. J’ai profité d’une belle promo. À 65€ il ne fallait pas hésiter. Se monte sur R1 2011 comme un origine.
