Never buying this again, the battery is epoxied in and non-replaceable. There is no excuse for this, it is designed to go in a landfill and waste limited resources.

This rating is more for the seller than the item. I have owned several of these and never had a problem, but this one randomly flashes through the 3 modes. The seller Purely Power Sports will not replace it.

Trail tech have very good products but these temp sensors are a shot in the dark, i received one that did not register the temp on the sensor the replacement they sent also had issues but it would vary the temp reading wildly even after checking if the resistors we're the problem the issue continued until the battery died and since its not replaceable the cable was chopped off and soldered to a meat thermometer which is working better than this thing.

Super easy to install. The set up instructions are not easy to understand...but I contacted the manufacturer who laid out the set up easy for me. Very happy to know the temp of my air-cooled motorcycle engine.

Good buy just wish it was priced a tad lower. Also of you get connector wet it gives inaccurate reading. Once dry worked perfect
