Xlear Natural Nasal Spray with Xylitol, 1.5 fl oz (Pack of 2)

This Xlear Natural Nasal Spray works well for me. I’m a big fan of the more natural ingredients, especially compared to other nasal spray. And I like that the whole family can use it (the option to buy multi-size packs is helpful here). I find that if I use it regularly, I experience less symptoms. Specifically referring to allergy symptoms here. During allergy season (for me, Spring and Fall), I try to use morning and night. Doing so really does keep some symptoms at bay. If I experience any congestion or even other allergy symptoms (like itchy eyes), if I use this very quickly after symptoms start, they subside much quicker. I also sometimes use this before going to sleep for a few week’s stretch here and there, and I breathe deeper through my nose while falling asleep. This is a product I always have on hand.

I suffer from a stuffy nose and allergies and have tried just about every spray that's out there. Other than pure saline this stuff is really, really good after one or two full sprays with blowing your nose gently before using the product and let it get sit into your nose and sinuses. You really feel a difference in about 20 seconds. Also has a person with sleep apnea and use a CPAP daily. I spray this in before I go to bed and clears my sinuses for a great night sleep. Super happy I found this product and there is nothing in it. That should cause any problems for everyone except pets where it is extremely dangerous due to the xylitol.

Costly but sooooo convenient. I have needed to use nasal sprays with added essential oils for treatments and instead of having to do the boiling if water and all the steps to prepare the spray, I purchase these and they are fantastic. So easy and makes life less stressful! Definitely recommend AND this is the brand my Naturopath recommends.

This is a great alternative to sprays with steroids. It works just as well without giving you a headache. I’ve used it now for years and won’t go back to the unhealthy brands.

Great product but affects the nose if used too often. I would recommend using it only periodically when needed. I used to use it preventatively but now use only when necessary

This is a natural product that is very effective for the treatment of seasonal allergies. I didn't experience any side effects or irritations. It will keep your nasal passages moist and clear.

I would almost go as far as saying this is a miracle spray. I traveled out of the country for a month and had terrible issues with my sinuses. The nose spray medication I bought in Europe didn’t help at all. I was in rough shape when I got home. After using Xlear everything cleared up after three days of use. I will NEVER forget to take it with me next time I travel.

I can’t use decongestion because it raises my blood pressure. This doesn’t raise my blood pressure. It works when I get fluid in ear. I use it at night before I go to bed. Also helps with vertigo from allergies.

My doctor recommended this nasal spray for travel, I always use it whilst flying. Use it just before descending and it keeps the nasal passages clear to make the ears pop

This nasal spray doesnt have the side effects of things like dristan but the Xylitol faxtor really helps to hydrate nasal passages and helps to clear sinuses by making it essy to blow your nose

I used to use oregano, oil, which burned terribly, and probably wasn’t too good for the sinuses. This triggers an instant nasal flush every time. I was hoping it would heal my seemingly chronic sinus infection, but it doesn’t seem like that’s going to happen. I still feel like I always have some kind of a sinus infection, constant drip and I always wake up stuffy, but this is the easiest and fastest way to flush everything out. I won’t leave home without it.
