I am writing this review without any incentive but to say this product worked for me! I bought this faucet along with the MSTJRY faucet, partly bc the design of the two faucets looked similar and the metal finishes looked similar. I am happy with both. I had trouble installing but it wasn't due to either of the faucets. My 20-yo valve under the sink was leaking when I tried to turn off the water, and... the old faucet was impossible to remove! I ended up spending all day fixing the valve and then had to dremel off the old faucet! But putting on the two faucets was actually a piece of cake. For the Frizzlife faucet, it really helps to watch the install video. Even so I still messed up when putting the little blue clip into the connector... note that it only goes in ONE WAY, not upside down... and, to remove you need to push down on the connector end... just watch the video. I saw the video but forgot about these fine points... and... ended up destroying the connector!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOODNESS they put in TWO connectors bc I needed two! The faucet itself is nice looking enough (see pics). I'm really liking it. The filter came pre-installed but I took it apart with the wrench to see for myself how difficult it was to take out... it does take a little bit of force... I had to clamp the container between my legs and used the wrench to turn the filter. The water flow is much stronger than what I was used to with the PUR add-on. And, the water tastes GREAT! LIKE IT. Big shoutout to AMZN for delivering my order free next day via Prime. I ordered the parts on Sat, and started working on yanking the old faucet on Sunday and working on the broken valve, and later in the day, the faucets arrived and I installed them without too much trouble.

Frizzlife Part Number MP99 Believe it or not, I went through four (4) different below $100 undersink filters. NEVER by a GE-branded filter in this class. They are poorly designed, will eventually leak, and are unforgiving wen installing. I know because when my ld GE filter failed, I ordered an new GE filter and it was crap. I am not a rookie at home plumbing or water filter installation. The Frizzlife filter reviewed hear (undersink with separate faucet) was a breeze to install and can be easily disassembled if after installation you want to change or clean up the routing of the pipes or the placement of the filter body. NOTE: If you have an older home that has a supply line that ends in the common 1/2" copper pipe threads, you will need an adapter because this system attaches to what are called '3/8" compression threads' (despite the fact that the connection is not a compression connection). This is common these days. Search for "Frizzlife Brass NPT Thread Pipe Fitting Converter - 1/2 to 3/8 inch" on Amazon if you need the adapter. You can also buy an adapter suitable for potable water at Lowes or Home Depot, but you have to know walking in exactly what you need. Either way, an adapter will cost you between $6 and $8 extra. This filter kit cam e well packaged, and all of the components appear to be quality components. One handy feature is that they supply a valve in the line going to the faucet for the filtered water. If for some reason you want to remove the filer or have a leak down that branch, you can just close the valve. All of the plastic hoses are retained by clips. If you remove those clips, you can take the hose out of the coupling and shorten or reroute it. The faucet itself is nicely made, looks good and functions well. We like having the separate faucet because our water quality is good enough that we only need filtered water for cooking and consumption. If I am washing my hand for ten minutes after doing auto repair, I don't need to use up the filter life for that. Filters are expensive, especially for some companies, but Frizzlife filter are less expensive and last a long time. So, this water filter update in my kitchen sink was something of an ordeal. If I had ordered the Frizzlife filter the first time, it would have been a piece of cake. I'm just a homeowner with no connections or affiliations with any company. I am simply very pleased with this product after searching for hours to choose the best option and going through two duds before finally receiving this Frizzlife undersink unit.

So far it has been pretty good. About the same or better than the the Pur faucet attached filter it was replacing. Water tastes very clean and good pressure. I do also have 2 ten inch whole house filters sitting at the front of my supply- sediment and carbon block (both 5 micron). This one says it is half a micron. Installation was pretty straight forward even though I hate doing plumbing. For some reason my kit came with double the fittings and hardware and two of the filter wrenches. *shrugs* I like the little tube connector fittings. They are like tiny sharkbite fittings. And they work just as well. No leaks thus far even though i was in a hurry getting it installed. As stated by others, the included faucet is a little on the wobbly side, but no too terrible. I can be easily rotated out of the way so you don't bang pots and pans off if it. I looked up alternative faucets and they are pretty pricey and didn't really look like they offered anything better. So I will stick with this one. I will say the one thing that made me choose this one was the fact that you replaced the inner filter, not the entire cartridge like others. This allows the replacement filters to cost much less. Overall, I would recommend this product, especially at this price point. Their website is also useful if you want info, support, or buy replacement parts (out of Colorado). Finally, I know a lot of people like to complain that this product isn't NSF/ANSI/42/53 certified. However, it IS independently tested by IAPMO R&T against those standards who happened to be accredited by...you guessed it.. American National Standards Institute (ANSI). So you are safe people, you are safe.

After a little less than a year, the first faucet I received started leaking at the black ring between the handle and the main faucet body. After emailing Frizzlife, they immediately sent me a replacement. The replacement works great, and I noticed the handle turns much smoother. I'm guessing the first faucet was defective in the first place: the handle was so tight that turning the faucet on and off sometimes caused the whole faucet to spin a little on the sink. The water tastes great. The water here in Jacksonville smells and tastes really bad, and after going through this filter it tastes like bottled water. We have a water softener that adds some salt to our water, which gives a flavor closer to Dasani. Without the water softener, the water tastes more neutral like Nestle to us (which we honestly don't like much, but we have the water softener, so we get that little salt flavor). Installation is pretty easy. The hardest part is climbing into the cabinet to get the faucet in place behind the sink, but that's unavoidable. Having to put in the faucet, then attach the plastic connector to the bottom, and then the tube is three steps of climbing into the cabinet. The plastic connector feels like an extra step that perhaps could be removed with a thicker thread on the faucet so that it can slip through the hole in your countertop with the plastic piece attached, but then you would have to make a larger hole in your countertop. We have an extra hole in our sink, so we have a big hole already, but others may like the small hole required by this faucet. Price wise, this is a great deal. We needed something easy, quick, and cheap when we moved, so this works great. We may upgrade to a nicer faucet some day, particularly if this replacement faucet also only lasts a year.

Overall, my situation is very different than a "new" house with no existing under-cabinet water filter. The house we live in now was upgraded with our undercounter water Amway filter which today is over 20 years old and everyone in the house was sick of the poor filtering quality. Since Amway stopped selling replacement filters I could only find after-market filters which were not the same quality plus I suspected all the crud on the water spigot and I'm sure the lines were also not so clean any more. So, after enough online analysis and "consumer reporting" (who did not impress me with their recommendation) my wife and I decided on the Frizzlife water filter. Several changes were going to happen because my wife was concerned with the dishwasher in the cabinet adjacent to the sink in that it heated the sink cabinet. This was a problem as she continually noticed "warm" water from the existing filtered water spigot. The heat affected the Amway filter and all the tubing under the sink. In addition, I had run a line from the sink cabinet down to the basement to feed the ice maker. All of which was done with 3/8" tubing instead of the standard 1/4" tubing. So, as I said, my situation is not the "new" house situation and took more work than most would dare to sign up for. So, our installation required the filter to be placed in the basement, far away from the dishwasher's heat. This is why you see it mounted in the basement where it will stay cool. The blue line represents my cold water feed from under the sink and the white line ( I purchased the ice maker kit which is white tubing - I tend to sometimes over design ) is the filtered line. I split the filtered line coming out of the filter with a T-connector then placed a separate shutoff for the ice maker (in case I need to 1) adjust the pressure going to the ice maker and 2) I need to move the fridge but I don't want to shut off the filtered water all together - again, my insane over design mind at work again ). I also had to change the fitting on the 1/2" copper to a Sharkbite 1/4-turn 3/8" compression as the existing fitting was a dual 3/8" with the 1/2" sweat copper fitting. With the Frizzlife 3/8-3/8 thru with a T-1/4" shutoff adapter which screwed right onto the Sharkbite 3/8" compression threads I had no problem. All of the tubing snapped into the fittings clean and without trouble. I made sure EVERY tube was cut at 90 deg to ensure the tube would seal when inserted into the fitting. As for the faucet, my old faucet was disgusting! I crawled under the sink, as someone else said, doing a contortionist maneuver - not once, but several times. Removing the old faucet required my daughter's help to turn the faucet while I held the nut from underneath, all the while pieces of dried plumbing putty falling on my head, face, nose, mouth (yuck!) and my daughter screeching how disgusting it looked from her above-sink vantage point. Then, installing the new Frizzlife faucet took the about the same effort except tightening from underneath instead of from above - this took me much more effort with a sink-wrench. Overall, the work involved is typical of a sink faucet installation and the extra work in the basement is far above expectations for most, but again, my situation was very unique and my wife had very specific requirements going into this project. The Results: My wife noticed the lower water pressure at the faucet, which I had warned her would happen since I was changing from 3/8" tubing to 1/4" tubing but she LOVES the clarity and taste of the water. My favorite result is that following the guidelines and instructions I had ZERO (0), yes, you read that right, zero water leaks when I restored the water! I was somewhat concerned about leaks because of other reviews but then I realized they may have not made clean, 90 deg cuts. Plus, I've done enough plumbing work to know that taking the time to make the correct cuts, properly cleaning surfaces (like the 1/2" copper before inserting the sharkbite) and double-checking all insertions is extremely valuable. Keep in mind I too have a history of making huge messes with water leaks. I have had a history of the ice maker line leaking at the most inconvenient time (a la Christmas morning while we were at Grammy and Pappy's house and the basement started filling with water while opening presents). Lastly, the process to change the water filter at regular intervals was a MAJOR concern/requirement on my list as I have had to change the old water filter every 12 months for over 20 years and I was SICK of cleaning out the sink cabinet and then going through the exercise of turning off the filter water, opening the filter (creating a minor, wet mess) and cleaning out the filter housing, then installing the new filter and then running the water for 5-10 minutes to clear the filter of carbon particles after which I reloaded all the cabinet items. Now, I have all the room I need in the basement to work with this filter AND I do not need to worry about any "minor" water messes as it auto-shuts off when replacing the filter. The bonus is I was able to hang the plastic wrench on the same mounting board as I mounted the filter. For some odd reason I actually look forward to replacing the Frizzlife filter! Overall, all the items are solid quality and if anything, Frizzlife goes above and beyond. From the complete set of instructions to the attention to detail with parts and how the parts are purposely packaged, everything they shipped was in great condition and worked like a champ. I even sent in my 150% warranty information and they responded via email on a Sunday!

I chose this model because you could install it so that your filtered water is separate from your faucet cold water. I can now get filtered water when needed but wasn't wasting filtered water to rinse the dishes which would make you go through more filters. I found the install easy, I used the hole that was on my faucet where a soap dispenser was installed, took that out and that allowed me to put this new faucet in it's place. One thing the company might think off adding to their product is a washer that has a wedge on one side to level out the faucet if people chose to use this hole that's provided on some faucets. I was able to use the wedge washer from the soap dispenser that I removed but if I didn't have this wedged washer the faucet would have leaned to the side a bit as the plate that the faucet sits on is not totally level. The worst part of my install was trying to get under my sink with the dishwasher drain lines, garbage disposal, drain pipes etc.. it was super tight but I managed to do it without having to unhook or move anything so that made me happy!! There is a warning on product that someone could miss and I wanted to point out: once unit is installed and everything has been checked for water leaks turn your filtered water to run fully open for 10 minutes to prep the new filter before using your faucet. The water tastes amazing, no weird flavors, crisp and clean!! I just installed this today so I'm hoping this filter will work for me long term. I found the directions for install to be more than adequate (also watched video on product page) and the install of the product was easy! I recommend this product, try it, I think you'll like it!

I had been looking for a replacement for the usual "faucet water filter" for a while because of the cost of filters and the short length of time between changes. I researched this product and found it to fit my needs. I had also wanted to replace my kitchen faucet so I changed it along with this filter system and I couldn't be happier. It looks great: sleek metal appearance with a single handle that it easy to use. Easy to install: had this ready to use in 30 minutes or less. TIP: Make sure to push the blue hose in all of the way. When you think it is good, go back and do it again because I did and saw that I had not set it proper. Good thing I double checked before turning the water on. Taste: water tastes as good as any filtered water system I have used in the past and I'm confident it is clean water because I have a dog that will not drink water unless it is filtered and she likes this very much. I also tested my water before and after to make sure. Flow rate: I can not say enough about this because it is what makes it so much better than the rest. 16 oz of water in 10 sec flat. It is amazing! If you are looking for clean, fast, and great tasting water than this is for you!

I used to have a regular single handle kitchen sink faucet with a seperate spray hose. I also used a countertop filter for the last 30 years to get rid of chlorine taste. It makes a big difference in coffee. My setup wasn't bad, but I decided to upgrade the kitchen faucet to a high arc single spout/pull out sprayer model. I figured I could simplify by going with the new single spout kitchen faucet and an undersink filter with a faucet where the old sprayer was. It's perfect for me. I love it, no more countertop filter and the faucet itself is very slick, operates very smoothly. It was kind of a pain with the countertop filter always having to use a diverter. Not with the water filter faucet, pull the handle down filtered water on tap! I wished I bought a brushed stainless kitchen faucet (mine's chrome) to match the Frizzlife faucet's appearance. but they don't look too bad together. Installation was just like the video, surprisingly easy. I'm not mechanical, you can do this. As far as taste, I did have to run it a few minutes, but it's great now. Tastes good to me. I think this taste improving filter system is as good as any on the market, and I like the fact that it's a real company with an actual website (some of these vendor's are fly by night). I had a question sent an email and got a quick response. I hope they do well as this does appear to be a proprietary filter. Filters don't look that expensive if they last as long as they say. Anyway, I think it's worth it.

We were looking for an under the sink filter to reduce microplastics (NSF 53 standard). I initially hesitated to buy this product after finding some comments that the certification could not be verified (to find it, go to the IAPMO certification database and search for the ‘Standard’ number, in this case 53). I am very impressed with the whole package: From excellent instructions incl video, to the quality and finish of the included faucet (perfectly matching our brushed stainless), to the connections (the quick connect system is just brilliant!). It took me less than 30 minutes to put everything together and with zero leaks. Thoughtful spares, extra line and waterproofing tape were also included just in case. And I am super happy with the flow rate as well which plenty for filling water bottles and pots. Highly recommended and shows that you CAN built great products at a great price point!
