Wonderful garlic flavor. Have used both dehydrated and hydrated. Either way there is still a strong garlic taste. 5he seal on the bottle is strong and sure. Badia brand spices are where I start my search when looking for new spices. Badia has a good price point for their spices and the perfect size bottle. Recommend this spice.

This stuff is great. Since its dried the allium in it is not active to its not hot. You only get the sweetness and flavor of the garlic without the heat. I put it in almost everything. I add it on top of meat especially pork and chicken. It gives a wonderful sweet crunch. Definitely give it a try on your garlic toast!

Love it. I just soak it in a little water to reconstitute and use like fresh garlic. No more garlic go rotting and sprouting. I share this with my family and friends and they all love it. Will get more soon.

This works great. It’s such a great value. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. Even my husband told me how glad he was that I got it and how good it works. It works really good if you soak it in hot water for a little bit before you use it. It really brings out the flavor of it. Garlic is so expensive, and sometimes you don’t want the powder. That’s when this minced garlic works so good. When your cooking with it your house smells amazing.

You get your money's worth and it's good quality it's not stale to be dehydrated they're fresh considering I think it's a very good deal

I've never bought a spice from Badia that I didn't like. I typically use fresh garlic in my cooking, but I wanted to have some dehydrated on hand and didn't feel like making it myself. So, impulse buy that I've actually really enjoyed having around for quick needs. Great quality, re-hydrates very well and tastes excellent.
