My Favorite Stage 2 Garment
I am two months post-op and wish I had found this garment sooner. After researching different compression garments, I saw that this one had very good reviews. After the hospitalโs abdominal binder, my surgeon recommended the discount store brand that is similar to this in style, but it and other stage two garments that I could fit into did not provide enough compression. I have tried many, and this is my favorite for these reasons: 1. The compression is strong at the top of the abdomen, above the belly button. This is where I have had the most swelling post-op, and other garments were not as effective high on the abdomen. 2. I really like the โaccessโ point. Other brands just have a pee hole, and those do not work for me. With other brands, I have to take the whole thing off every time I go to the bathroom. This is much better and reduces chafing on the scar from taking it on and off. 3. It is comfortable. When I needed more compression, I was going back to the hospital binder, but that is very scratchy and not smooth underneath clothes. This is a lot better. The straps felt a little uncomfortable and the leg holes seemed a little tight when I first put it on, but that eased up after wearing it. 4. The fit was good. I was unsure what size to get, as my waist measurement matched the medium but my hips matched the small. The small was perfect. I also tried the medium, and it was too big. 5. I like that it is panty length. If you want something in the higher compression side at stage 2, and want ease when going to the bathroom, I think this is an excellent choice.

Great post abdominalplasty
Bought as stage 2 (tummy tuck, lipo, diastasis recti) my measurements were 33 waist, 40 hips. My height is 5โ3. I like the compression & fit. Thigh area a bit tight. I bought size L Better than the first garment I bought (different brand) where the thigh was loser but then also loser / no compressions at the pubic bone area. Length wise it is perfect. As per the arm straps they are adjustable I donโt feel them digging in. My weight is 155 and I am still swollen from surgery. Sternum area also provides compression so if you had an abdominal repair the compression is amazing.

Sizes Not True to Labeling Lately So Order 1 Size Up
I am a petite medium size normally, so I was appalled that I had to order an extra-large in this product according to the companyโs medical size chart. It was crushingly tight, so I ordered a size up (2XL) in beige, which fit perfectly and was comfortable, plus it can be adjusted down to smaller sizes as swelling decreases, so I ordered a second one in black 2XL. It was so tight, it was even smaller than the XL I already had, so I returned it and asked for a replacement. It, too, was painfully tight and not a true 2XL, but mislabeled, I believe, manufactured same day as the one I returned, same lot #. A 3rd replacement 2XL was also too small and tight to be wearable, so I ordered one directly from Marena in beige. Different mfr date and lot, but same problem: not true to labeled size. I think the company is using the wrong pattern or has changed their fabric supplier. In desperation, I have ordered a 3XL in black even though the measurements are 5โ greater than my waste size, 10โ than my hips and 7โ on the in the hope that it will fit and be comfortable and the knowledge that I can adjust it down to smaller sizes using the 3 rows of hook-and-eye closures. You want to order a larger size anyway because these are adjustable and you can make the important parts either narrower or longer. You also need 2 so you have a clean one to wear every day, because you have to hand wash them and they take over 14 hours to drip dry. I would also encourage avoiding having this surgery altogether if you donโt need it for reconstructive purposes. It is too traumatic to the body and risky to be anything elective and I was in excruciating pain for many, many weeks. I would also spend the money to get a good garment like this one and not be embarrassed about going a size up to get the most use out of your investment. Hope this was helpful.

NOT FOR THICK THIGHS!!!!!!
I had to put lipo foam in the inner thigh area becaus oh my god does it hurt. It has ridfes that with big thighs feel like a saw. I got the shorts and it is super comfortable but these... i would give anything in the world for them to take them back. I literally want to cry from the irritation from 1 day on. I was told that the 1st one i bough with the crotch cut out would cause vulva swelling and my dr said to switch to these.... i am assuming most of his patients don't have big legs. I bought an xl to accommodate. It leaves a little to be desired in abdominal compression but to accommodate legs id have to get xxxl. Freaking HURTS so so bad

Comfortable stage 1 (use a ab board to put this on if youโre postop)
I purchased this in Lg for post lipo360. Overall Iโm very happy with the purchase. The quality of fabric and stitching is outstanding. Itโs soft and comfortable. I like that the back goes high for coverage of the higher lipo area in back, but under bust in front. I wear a bra (OVER the garment so I donโt get unwanted added compression in bra strap.) Itโs difficult to tell if it stretched out very slightly, or if my swelling decreased so much - either way it is easier to pull on now than it was the first couple times. Caveat being that the first couple times I pulled it on I was 1-2 days post procedure and INCREDIBLY tender. It helped significantly to pull this on with an ab board because the roll of tight garment youโre pulling up goes right over the tender abdomen. Also, tip - to rehook the garment after bathroom use sit down on a seat, you can position it in such a way that the strap is reachable. Believe me, in the first few days after procedures that reach is very difficult to make! Overall I do recommend this garment. I use it in rotation with the one my surgeon gave me (Isavella brand) and another from Amazon. This one is the most comfortable, just donโt know that itโs the most compression since itโs not adjustable. But the gentle compression is great for stage 1/first few weeks.

For the extra short girls!
Shoulder straps dig in, torso is short and I already have a short torso being 5โ2, also if you have any love for your pubic area and thighs do NOT buy this.. it digs in and pinches everything down there. For the extra short girlies that can handle the torso this would be great for you! It still has amazing compression and itโs nice and thick fabric. There is a small amount of stretch, but if youโre in between sizes Iโd definitely size up!

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing post lipo garment. I have a long torso and the straps don't dig into my armpits, the crotch is tight which i need but doesn't dig into my lips as other brands have done. A little tight on my butt but I'm pear shapped so to be expected for one that is this style. I've tried others and it squeezed me too hard so it started to make the shape of my stomach weird. I switched to this one two days later and immediately everything went back to normal I couldn't be happier. They are spendy but they are worth every penny if you're going to spend the money on your liposuction it's worth spending the money on your garments. I'm 5'4 205 lb and I got the large.

For body surgery this is the very best
Marena is the best. Costs a lot but surgical quality and works like you need it too. For stage 2 and 3 healing I ordered cheaper. Until you have several different items to compare like I do, you realize it really does matter the surgical grade and compression strenth. MEASURE YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER LITTLE JUST BECAUSE YOU WEAR A SMALL SIZE. It will hurt you badly after awhile if this is too little. Just follow the chart, measure yourself and get the right size. Do not size down until later healing.

Best post-op compression
Excellent stage 2 garment. I had the stage 1 garment for my first 5 weeks post-op and transitioned to a size smaller in stage 2 and the compression is amazing. I didn't realize how much pain I still had until I put this garment on. Worth every penny
