I plan on sanding my kayak and using this before I paint. Do I paint over with a water resistant plastic paint, or water resistant regular paint?

Will this work with polyurethane?

Would this work for getting metallic spray paint to stick to the plastic on a scooter without peeling or flaking off?

That’s not really it’s purpose. This is for repairing cracked plastic on items such as bumpers. You apply this prior to applying a resin. I think you want an adhesive primer. Regardless, sand your item first!!!

Works great! The 3m semi rigid with using this before application came out perfect! I tried a few practice runs before the actual repair and there is a definite difference in tab strength using this.

This stuff is a must have if you're painting trim on boats/vehicles, or in my case, a jetski. It noticeably increased adhesion of the paint on the plastic (poly propylene). It sprays on milky-white, dries white and works good with krylon fusion.
