Good learning English Book

I think this grammar book is English learners' best friend. I started using it over 30 years ago with 1st edition of this book, and now the latest version is 5th edition. If you want to learn, improve or even teach (British) English, just pick up this book. Two things to note: 1) there is a 'normal' textbook version like this and also the version that comes with an e-book that you can access online as well as a paper book. The latter is a little more expensive, but it will be useful if you want to access it online either on a smartphone or an iPad. Another fact 2) is that there is a similar grammar book for a complete beginner, an elementary version of this series called 'Essential Grammar in Use' by the same author. The cover of the book is red, so you don't get confused. So if you already have some idea about English grammar and have some vocabulary, then this grammar book will be perfect. But, unfortunately, the copy I received had minor damage on its edges, which I wish Amazon had checked before despatching it, for this reason, I've given 4 stars, but otherwise, I would've happily given 5.
