MGK Riptide Waterbased Pyrethrin ULV, 64 oz

I purchased this to use as part of a program to rid a small orchard and grape vines of Japanese Beetles; a severe infestation. I used a 35 gallon tank sprayer and sprayed the trees and vines coating front and back of foliage. The results were instantly visible. The beatles began falling to the ground in bunches. Some managed to fly a few feet before they"crashed and burned." PLEASE USE RESPONSIBLY. Cut or remove any flowering plants before use. If we don't protect our pollinators we might just as well let the harmful insects have it all.

Works great with our misting system to keep mosquitoes and ticks away. Only downside is it leaves residue on siding if used next to the house.

I have an outdoor misting system that I just started using the entire product within the 55 gallon drum. It has exceeded my expectation in that my pool area is 99% clear of all flying insects. Highly recommend and will continue to use

Well worth a few $$ more for Riptide. 6 stall barn in central North Carolina and we are fly free each season.

Used this along with orthene (which you can also get on this site) to get rid of root aphids on my indoor plants. Root aphids are some of the hardest bugs to get of and this stuff worked like a charm. Find a large bucket and dunk your root balls of your plants for 20 min. Make sure you where protective gear like gloves, jacket, etc. because you don't want to get this stuff on your skin. Your plants will suffer for awhile and your soil will also suffer but it killed them all off in one go unlike most things where you have to use them for weeks if not months to get rid of them.

Works great in NC beside Lake Norman, mosquitos are toast.

Very good insecticide made with Pyrethrins. I like it because even when the residual effect is short lived, it is safer to humans and pets than an insecticide with Pyrethroids. Even when it is meant for stables, I use it in the house and in the garden. It kills fleas, ticks, scorpions, spiders, ants, mosquitoes, and cold blooded pests including snakes. I mix one ounce on one gallon of water and use a spray bottle such as a FLAIROSOL mister to spray spots in the house mainly by the doors and corners and on my dog's bed. I do not spray it directly on the kennel when my dog is inside. If my dog is scratching, I spray a small amount on a soft wide brush and then brush his back and neck only, never on his belly or genitals. In the garden I use it with a RIOBY Fogger. I never spray it directly on any pet or people.
