Uniheat 10 Pack 72 Hour Heat Pack - for Baby Chicks, Plants, Fish and Retiles

Opened one up to test before sending them out with packages. It took about 20 minutes to warm up but it’s been warming my lower back for about 5 hours now. Not sure it will last 72 hrs but so far so good.

They work! I sell/ship plants. In winter heat packs are necessary. They shipped as promised AND have a long shelf life, got exp date mid 2028!! Thanks!! Just wish they were lighter as it adds quite a bit of weight to ship box, ergo more ship cost

Life Saver! I use these 72 hour heat packs, Shipping live baby chicks clear from Oregon to as far as New York and Maine. They do retain heat for seventy two hours and placed under shavings , is just up warmth for my little guys to make it cozy and alive!

You open the package they start to heat up the last for the indicated number of hours it does what it's supposed to do does it get crazy hot no, but it's not supposed to. Will it keep things from freezing Yes Will it keep things from dying from cold Yes. It was a good price it did the job so I'm satisfied.

4/10 of my packs did not heat up. It was out of window so I can't return it. Some of my expensive var plants to buyer got damaged on route. Lost a lot of money .Do not purchase, whatever this batch is from suck as I have used this brand multiple times before

These heat pads are great for shipping baby chickens. There are the perfect size for the shipping boxes I bought. They last for 72 hours, which is great since it takes that long to ship. Good quality and real easy to use.

I use these to ship with my plants in the winter. Majority of the time they work fine, but at least one or two out of every 10 pack is a dud that gets tossed out. It seems to be heavily dependent on the seller, too. Once I opened 5 at once (from the same order) and EVERY ONE was a dud. Make sure you open them early before you start packing to give them time to warm up to ensure you won't be losing your product in transit and you'll be fine.

Opened 8 of 10, only two slightly heated and the rest didn't work.

Bought these as a kind of winter contingency as I was afraid the power may go out while I was out of the house for a couple days and my bird would freeze. My solution was to use a few of these packets to keep part of the enclosure somewhat warm. These got a bit warm and gave off some heat, but not nearly as warm as the advertised amount. I may have got a bad batch.

Heat packs doesn’t heat up and cost us thousands of dollars in damages for dead animals and refunds.

lost hundreds of dollars of live inventory due to product failure - can’t return to boot. don’t get burned by this vendor

People told me the boxes was so cold when delivered. I opened three packages no one started to heat even after one hour.
