Garage Door Top Seal (10ft WHITE)

Arrived next day well packaged in cylindrical tube. The fitting ideally requires two people one to hold in place whilst pilot holes are drilled fo the self tappers and during the fixing. The seal is well made and straight forward to fit. Tiny gaps visible after tightening all screws but these are easy to fill with a small bead of silicone along the top edge of the Top Seal. Overall a neat and effective solution to sealing the top gap on a up-and-over garage door. Would recommend.

Wanted to give my garage some weather protection. I got a rubber seal for the bottom of the garage to stop all the leaves and dust getting blown into the garage - got the top seal for further protection. It works well - after the wet spell we just had, there is no dampness in the garage.You have to follow the direction carefully - otherwise you may find that the garage no longer closes - I had to redo one of the garages as I had screwed in the seal maybe 3mm out... but it was an easy job.

Good product stops draughts in garage and pretty simple to install.

Seems pricey at first, but when fitted looks the part, it matches my white up & over garage door well, and no more cold draughts blowing through the garage.As mentioned in other reviews, use double sided tape to hold the weather stop in place when drilling pilot holes for the supplied screws. This way you can fit it without the need for an assistant.Great job all round.

The product is as described.You have to cut to sizeSomeone installed on top of garage door for me. Perfect fit.Think expensive but couldn't find cheaper.Quality productWould recommend.

Having had a large gap at the top of the garage for a long time given the price of heating now seems the time to fix it. The product is good quality and will do the job. However, it is expensive for what it is, and I was surprised it didn’t come with the screw and washer pack described in the fixing instructions. I’ve marked it down to three stars for this reason. Otherwise it would have been 5stars despite the price.

Great product that comes delivered in a very long sturdy card tube.I used this along the top and sides of my garage door. I fit it so that the door closes up to the flexible angle. The flat side of the seal I screwed against the door frame edge. So that when the door closed the flat side of the seal sits between the door and frame and the opposing 90 degree flexi-side sits against the back of the door. This way the seal not only bridges the door gap but it also sits one inch in from the door edge and firmly butts against the back of the door. This will stop both rain and draughts. I did not use the screws sent with it well who does these days? We have all got our favorite brands (its a man thing).The fitted seal looks good and gives a professional finish to the door and frame. That reminds me I must turn down that heater and increase the beer fridge settings. Have a G'day

We bought these as we were having trouble with mice in our garage as they coming in at the top of our garage doors. We fitted these and got rid of our mice problem. They are really easy to fit and look quite good too. Would definitely recommend.
