Works as intended. I needed a small extension as my car is supercharger and the pulley is deeper.

Needed for barring over engine
If your doing a high pressure fuel pump on a 2014 VW 3.0 diesel you need this to Barr-over the engine. Don’t risk damaging the flywheel teeth to barr-over . This socket works great. Recommended from a professional tech

Works great on a 2008 A6 4.2
I did a carbon clean on my 2008 A6 4.2 and knew I would need a tool to rotate the crank when I moved between valves. This tool worked great.

Looks like a good tool but did not work on my car. Bought the other type and it worked much better.

Bought for my 2004 Audi S4 V8 (BHF)
This fits the 4.2 BHF V8 found on the 04-06 S4s (and others, no doubt). It inserts into the front crank pulley and the Square turns against the bolts holding the crank pullet to the crankshaft.
