I ordered this brand in the past and when I ran out I ordered a different brand thinking that it was just biotin that I needed. BUT after a couple of months on another brand I noticed that my nails were breaking so easily and so often. On the Carlyle Biotin I had gotten compliments on the healthy appearance of my nails and I had noticed the fast growth. Once I realized that the Carlyle fast dissolving tablets had worked much better, I stopped taking the gel biotin and went back to Carlyle. I will stick to them.
