Keep your trailer watertight
I bought the Dicor brand, because it was the most recommended on the internet and when my local RV dealer wanted hundreds of dollars to reseal my trailer, this was the brand they were going to use. Instead, I bought it off Amazon for half the price they wanted for a tube at the shop, and did it myself. The sealant goes on very smooth and even. It’s clear, so it dries with a shine, but it’s not too noticeable. It is very gooey, so I brought a few rags and some water to clean and run off, as it can get pretty messy if you’re not careful. I have. 22’ trailer and it took me 2 tubes to seal around the windows, door, and base of the rv. The tube goes a long way, but I was very liberal applying it. Keeping the rv watertight is the most important thing you can do to preserve your trailer, so it’s well worth the cost and I wouldn’t skimp on a lesser brand.

Maybe someday I'll try Forever sealant, but for now, this works perfectly.

Product is as advertised
I found the quality of this product excellent compared to the other major brand tried. Both adhesive and weathering properties were great. Applied it several months ago and have not noticed any shrinkage or wear and applied area is constantly in direct sunlight.

Seals around Rv drains, windows and doors
I needed to repair the rubber stripping at the back of the trailer’s roof. This worked great, but be warned, it is very sticky before it dries and can be messy. Be sure to wear some disposable gloves.

RV Window and Door Sealant That Stays Put and Seals Tight Used this Dicor cap sealant on my RV window frames and entry door perimeters—the black color blends well, and the non-sag formula stays in place on vertical surfaces without dripping. It skins over quickly, remains flexible through temperature changes, and has kept water out through multiple seasons. Only note: surfaces must be clean and dry for optimal adhesion, but once applied, it's proven durable and paintable as advertised.

Bought for RV. Does the job as destination. Goes on bright white and does not have lumps. Seems to flatten out nicely smooth
