BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Every once and a while you can be excited and delighted by a product. This is one such product. Let me explain. I run sound in my band, using a MS Surface Pro to remotely control my mixer. I've tried various ways to mount the Surface Pro to the top of one of my synths, but never found anything really satisfactory. At the same time, whenever the band plays in a hot environment, like a summertime outdoor gig, the Surface Pro gets very hot. In fact, one time, it got so hot it shut down. Let's talk about killing two birds with one stone. First, I use velcro to attach this cooling fan to the top of my synth and I fold out the two rubber supports to hold the surface pro. I've got to compliment the designer for incorporating the two rubber supports. They easily fold out for use, and fold in for storage. They hold the Surface Pro securely, yet it is easily removable when I want to move about the venue. I think the clever design of the supports ought to get a Nobel prize. So clever, simple, easy to use, efficient, and effective. I cannot rave enough about this feature. And, oh by the way, my overheating problem has been solved! The only criticism I have is the USB to 3.5mm power cable. Why couldn't they use a standard USB cable like the ones that I already have? I'm going to have to purchase a special cable as a spare. All in all, if you have a tablet that you need to keep cool, I'd seriously consider this product. Like I said, I am excited and delighted by the rubber supports. So clever!

Very efficient and effective
If you want a portable laptop cooler for your laptop, this is the one. I was looking for a portable cooler that I can bring around with me since I travel a lot for leisure and for work and I love gaming on my free time so my laptop is basically one of my most important items. I needed a fan or cooler that was portable enough to take with me on the go and in backpacks and stuff. I can't use the ones that have the foam seal because they are definitely too big and those foam sealed laptop coolers are more of like a heavy duty permanent placement rather than portable. I actually have a foam sealed cooler already for my home. Anyway, I picked up this bad boy and as well as two other cheap portable laptop coolers from Amazon; the ones that are like $30 and with multiple small fans on a flat pad. The design is similar to my foam sealed laptop cooler but without the foam. Those coolers suck. They barely bring in airflow and are very inefficient. This item here however is a genius design. The way it's designed and how it puts out airflow like a fan and basically gives a current of wind underneath your laptop, which is somehow VERY efficient in cooling. It bring A LOT of fresh air under the laptop, not only that but it's docking design makes the laptop sit at a tilt so it exposes the bottom side for more airflow. But this cooler is so effective and efficient. It cools my laptop just as good as my foam sealed cooler. Even though my foam sealed cooler is 10x more powerful and louder. Thank goodness for engineering, because of its design it can perform just as well as a permanent style foam sealed cooler. Even if you aren't using it for travel this packs so much punch for its weight you can use it as your permanent laptop fan. And I love the shape, it's not a flat huge tablet like all the other coolers, but rather a block; it can be stored easily in your bookbag or luggage.

A good buy if your having heating issues.
First off, this fan literally save my laptop from burning up. Cannot say more about the effectiveness of its cooling capacity, works great and is only moderately noisy. Pros: As stated it's cooling capacity is effective. I'm running an older Dell Inspiron 7000 - 77778 with 8TB SSD, 32GB ram, Invidia MX950 G-card, and internal M2 SSD 2TB drive. Heat is a factor, but once I set this fan up, the change was practically immediate. I do both some gaming but mainly 3D and Digital art, both graphic and processor intensive. Fan held down the heat no problem. Cons (yes there are some): if you are mobile like me, this fan is a bit on the large size. Not unmanageable, but you will need just a bit more space in the bag. You will need a stable surface to use this. Cooling pads are easier to handle but extremely bulky. Yet they fit on your lap whilst this fan needs a surface to sit on. A suggestion I see is if there was a way to clip this onto the laptop. Also might be good to look into scaling it down a tiny bit. Keep the length, smaller body. Biggest Con for me is the power source. I like running it off a spare USB port (my depreciated 2.0), but what the designers could have done is make the cable that came with it USB / USB not USB / socket plug in. This means if you lose the cable, you lose the fan. Also, battery capability would have been nice. Overall, solid purchase that I would recommend to anyone who is needing better cooling capability than a cooling pad. Mine had turbo fans and they were not cutting it. Put this on, heat dropped immediately. As for mobility, works but it would depend on the person and their environment / working conditions.

This vs other coolers to stay away from (Links Below)!!
Great product for laptop cooling!!! This is the 3rd laptop cooler I bought because all the rest sucked. I also bought https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08K4CWDVJ to help stand my laptop higher so it works better with this cooler. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CR1485T7 example of one I bought barely pushed any air https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYLFB4MX This one would cool but it was extremely loud on max setting (needed for any cooling). If you turned it off, it would make your laptop considerably hotter because there was nowhere for your hot air to escape. The best thing about this cooler is * It has a very high CFM compared to the other coolers * It's not obnoxiously loud * It gives enter & exit air flow Makes it the best engineered one I purchased!

Effective for Macbooks or any other laptops with rear vents only!
This laptop cooler is highly effective at its job. Traditional cooling pads with numerous fans only managed to move a minimal amount of air underneath the device, which was ineffective for my MacBook Pro since both the air intake and exhaust vents are located on the back of the laptop. This cooler's design addresses that issue by keeping a steady flow of fresh, cool air circulating around the back of the laptop, which noticeably reduces the temperature when the laptop is under heavy use. It's an excellent product with great design. The high fan setting is a bit noisy, which is understandable. However, I've found that the high setting is generally overkill unless the laptop needs to be cooled down quickly after the cooler has been left off a while. The medium and low fan settings are more than sufficient for typical usage scenarios.

Works beautifully
Couldn't ask for a better cooler. I run high intensive games with the IPS screen panel that uses more power and heats up the laptop quicker. This thing is amazingly versatile. Super quiet, moves a sufficient amount of air that's focused! If your vents are on the bottom of your laptop then this is perfect. also it fits perfectly in my case and if you aren't gaming or video editing or other intense programs then it works great as a cooling fan for you on a warm day or in the car. Buying another for my wife as soon as I'm done with this review. Mainly bought it to fit in the case with my laptop and was blown away (no pun) with how nice it is. Much better IMHO than buying a large square wedge that fits a 11" - 17". This fits whatever perfect and is hidden behind your screen and take up about nothing for space. Yep wish I would have thought of this to manufacture and make a killing on.

Not a long term solution
This fan has these rubber legs, for lack of a better word, but the whole thing is really fragile. While it does run off USB, it has a barrel connector, not a USB-C or even a micro USB. Build quality is not good, and lower-quality plastics that break easily were used.

Most effective laptop cooler I've used
tl;dr: A little bit noisy but great. Pros: I have a Razer Blade and those things run ridiculously hot. This cooler has kept temps low enough that the surface of the machine is touchable. This cooler moves a lot of air. It's pretty great. The design is such that it elevates the back of the machine and *not* the front. Makes typing more comfortable IMO. It's also pretty compact. Imagine packing a tube in your bag as opposed to packing another laptop-sized thing. Cons: It moves a lot of air but it is fairly noisy. No high pitched whining or anything but lots of moving air. The USB connection is not standard. Replacing the cable is more of a PITA.

Great Unit. Silent at even Max speed
It is lightweight. Does not seem to push a lot of air. Very quiet even at the max speed setting. But amazingly it drops the temperature of the CPU to normal operational parameters. No more OS and Bios warnings about temp, or shutdown, or quarter speed performance. It works and works well. Well worth the prices. Most likely will outlive the hardware it is meant to cool.
