From Italy Pavesi Pavesini Classic Cookies 7 Oz (200g)

This item is fresh and not an expired as most review says. It’s the 1st thing I checked. It’s expensive, to be honest, but better than lady fingers. It’s worth it though.

We attended a cooking class in Sienna, Italy last year. Nonna (our instructor/chef) told us these were the best biscuits to use in her tiramisu recipe. Better than lady fingers, which can get real soggy with the custard mixture and coffee, these are perfect in texture once the coffee is drizzled over them in each layer. Each tray I make (like an 9x11 tray) you'll use about 3 individual packages (I think each package contains 8 individually wrapped package of biscuits).

5 stars for the cookies, 1 star for fulfillment

After dinner sweets watching TV ...but it is always time for Pavesini.

I used to eat this when I was a kid in Italy and still love them now my kid is hooked too

These were received on 4/19. Would be nice if after spending $10 for a package of cookies that they would not be past the use by date. Cannot return since it is a food item.

Ready for my tiramisù i put 2 stars because is too expensive

Sweet and crunchy. But not too sweet. Very nice to snack on.
