Learn how to embrace the adversity in your life, heal your wounds, and build a more resilient you in Céline Santini’s self-care book inspired by the ancient Japanese art of kintsugi. Japan is an inspirtation in the personal growth and development field. Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with powdered gold. Day after day, week after week, stage by stage, the object is cleaned, groomed, treated, healed, and finally enhanced. Nowadays it has also become a well-known therapy metaphor to resilience. This practical book will help you overcome rough times, heal your deepest wounds, and become whole again through the numerous stages, writing exercises, and testimonies. Review: Great book about finding your way out of difficult circumstances - Really good book but I would have liked more on Kintsugi. It’s more a story about Kintsugi and then advice on finding strength and patience in the midst of depression and anxiety which was applicable to me but not really much about the practice of Kintsugi Review: Ethos rather than repair - Lovely book if you want self help, but not useful for the practical methods of Kintsugi

Great way to process grief
This is a very well-written book for anyone who has suffered a loss and/or trauma. It makes a wonderful gift especially if accompanied by an example like a pottery bowl.
