Organic Cotton Tampons (36 Super Plus Tampons)

I’ve tried several organic tampon brands, and honestly, Cora has been my favorite so far. The applicator is actually easy to use and doesn’t feel flimsy or awkward, which is a BIG deal. Lola, I’m looking at you specifically. 😂 The Super Plus has good absorbency without feeling uncomfortable, and I really like that they’re made with organic cotton. They’re easy to use, stay in place, and I haven’t had the applicator issues I’ve experienced with other organic brands. Basically, Cora understood the assignment. No applicator acrobatics required. 😂 Definitely buying these again!

I’ve used Cora tampons for years but the newly updated version feels like a significant step backward. My biggest frustration is the new applicator. In my experience, about 3 out of every 5 applicators cannot be operated properly with one hand. The applicator either sticks or fails to release the tampon, which means I have to discard it and start over with a new one. That isn’t just inconvenient. It creates unnecessary waste and makes an already expensive personal-care product cost even more because I'm throwing away unused tampons due to applicator failure. What’s particularly frustrating is that I’m not the only customer reporting problems with the redesign. I’ve seen other reviews describing similar issues with the updated product, which makes me question why these changes were made to something that previously worked well. I understand updating a product, but an update should improve its function. For me, the slimmer tampon and redesigned applicator have made a product I previously used successfully less reliable, more wasteful, and more expensive to use. I genuinely preferred the previous Cora tampons and would happily go back to them. This redesign, however, has me looking for a replacement.

The new applicator is GREAT! If you’re having trouble for it, you’re not listening for the click lol other than that it’s a user error because these worked perfectly fine for me in comparison to the old ones. I can finally get a good grip on the product and pushing things in is a lot easier! I also love the new packaging, it’s this lovely velvety feeling cover and makes the dark green feel luxurious lol… I love these tampons. I love that they are organic. Ever since I’ve been using them I have noticed my cramping is only really on day one. I am so thankful and love when a product is GOOD like legitimately! Thank you Cora’s creator please don’t ever change! Even the box it comes in a little smaller and compact, but I know it’s Amazon that tends to crush them, but it’s still a lot better than the other one that was bigger and just seemed like you had too much space.

Literally the best tampons ever- I recently switched to these from other harsh brands, and I can proudly say I LOVE THESE!!! I almost feel my cramps are not as bad with these…. Im a veeeeerrrryyy heavy flow typa girl and i havent leaked through these! I usually bleed through tampons after an hour, but not these!!

Not for super heavy flows, need to change very regular, live every 2 hours, good for slightly lighter days.

Where’s the quality testing?? Almost every applicator is a dud! Read all the more recent 1 Star reviews and see for yourself! I came here because I have these tampons on “Subscribe and Save.” All of a sudden, the latest box of tampons I received is modified- from the packaging to the tampons themselves. They are AWFUL! I’m throwing the rest away, can’t find any benefit of keeping them!! Why did Cora change the plastic applicator so now the cotton cannot be ejected? If the two-part applicator is pulled a hair too far, the applicator pulls apart, and is unusable completely! So much wasted! It’s ridiculous! ! Also— as a woman who used and depended on Kotex SUPER PLUS for 25 years until that company decided to discontinue— huge bummer there too— the “super-plus” that Cora claims to offer is a total joke!!! Very heavy flow on days 2-4, and on those heaviest days, I soak right through every one of Cora’s super plus tampons— well, the one in three that actually make it into the canal properly— in less than 2 hours!!! These tampons are so stupid! The worst I’ve ever tried in 30 years! Goodbye Cora!! Otjers, you’ve been warned!!
