It’s certainly worth reading about what Trump has experienced and how we can be encouraged to take small steps. It’s not about being Trump, but to experience for ourselves what can work.

I really enjoyed this book. Trump provides a lot of examples where he was faced with many difficult circumstances. He states in one case he was ready to give up. It was good to see that he faces significant obstacles like the rest of us (only bigger). While the average reader is unlikely to be doing multimillion dollar deals, he or she can benefit from the principles behind his successes and challenges. The book is broken down into 40 chapters that are only a couple of pages a piece. At the end of the chapter he provides a lesson learned that can be applied by virtually anyone in a variety of circumstances. There are some that may argue that many of his points are general in nature or feel good points but I viewed it as much more than that (those people are likely also less successful and the ones that complain about their lot in life). The anecdotes as seen here work well as learning tools to help the reader improve in their own circumstances. Some examples of topics include: First time failure is not the end, leverage problems to your advantage, be proactive, complacency kills, and patience is necessary and will be required at times. I would recommend this book for anyone going into business, students, small business owners, mid or low level managers, or those seeking to achieve something great (not even business related) but who have not quite arrived there yet.

...... unzähliger Presseartikel die ich vor dem Hintergrund dieses Buches als "Hate-Speech" im Stile des "Stürmers" erlebe. wie vor den ersten beiden Weltkriegen erfährt man in der deutschen Presse sehr viel das Rückschlüsse über die Persönlichkeit der Schreibenden zulässt. Über die Person von "Präsident Trump" , jene Projektionsfläche der Autoren, erfährt man allerdings nichts. Das Buch ist unglaublich hilfreich Fragen bezüglich der eigentlichen Werte und Positionen von Herrn Trump zu beantworten...denn es wurde lange vor der Präsidentschaftswahl geschrieben und somit nicht durch diese beeinflusst.... Weiterhin ist es das schlechteste Motivationsbuch sicherlich nicht..... Ich las das Buch in einem Zuge durch und nahm da ein paar wichtige Lebensweisheiten mit,die mir bislang noch nicht begegnet sind. Sie werden vom Autor sehr schön auf den Punkt gebracht. Alles in allem kommt man nicht umhin, sich nach der Lektüre von diesem Buche in Grund und Boden zu schämen für so manche "Sülze" die durch unzählige Medien leider auch die mit Zwangsgeld finanzierten verbreitet wird..... Ich erlebe das ganze so absurd, als wenn jemand einen Bericht über das Leben des Wolfes schreiben würde und das Ganze nun als eine Biographie von Rotkäppchens .....anbietet...... Man muss schon sehr dumm sein, eine Schreibe abzukaufen die sich seit November 2016 um das impeachment dreht und bis jetzt noch jeglicher Anklagepunkte schuldig geblieben ist....... Ich kenne das mit den Gerichtsverfahren umgekehrt: Erst die Anklagepunkte und dann die Anklage.....und nicht "erst die Anklage in der Hoffnung dass man die Anklagepunkte später fände............" letzteres ist Rufmord und eine Straftat.
