At first I didn't like them at all. I thought that the arch support was more on the outside of the foot than on the inside so I put off using them. I finally tried the left one in my sandal that I wear to walk the dogs and it felt pretty good. I have a leg length discrepancy from a surgery so this is a big help. I didn't want to wear enclosed shoes in the hot weather so these are a life saver now!

I have a leg length discrepancy, so i wish you could order for just one shoe. But I ordered these because I had been using half shoe lifts before, and I began to have trouble with my arch. These are more comfortable than the half shoe, and it has been fairly durable. I've had them for about 5 months now, and need to order another set because the lining has come off the top. If I could order to fit just one shoe and not both, I would order a few to keep from having to swap it back and forth in different shoes and wasting one of the ones I received.

They don't look like much when you open the package but once you start using them you will be pleasantly surprised! They give just the right amount of support in the right places, stay in place and don't flatten out. Not too thick so they fit nicely in any pair of shoes. I've paid double for insoles that did not work as well. Ordering another pair!

As the shorter guy that standing at 5'9 making it tough to communication with other - often looking up. I got this 1.2in heel lift (I notice that image show me that 1.6in, when I receive that deep heel cup make this) to make me feel better. Also it did. But I need to give your guys a advice that it request at minimum 1.5in above the ankle. In this weather - winter is the best choose to wear. They have actually help relieve my foot pain, 'cause it is soft (may be later lower than 1.2in, I am not care that comfortable and invisible is what I need).oping has bigger Size, love it fittig for my snow boot.

Feel like you're walking on a trampoline but their pretty comfortable although a lot more narrow than I expected.

I purchased these for making me more taller. This heel lift is so awesome in my snow boot. One point I should talk about that this insoles can relieve my foot pain. Positive: This insoles fit my snow boot, relieve my foot pain when standing long time,and the shock absorbers is nice Negative: Size is limit that I won't for my bf - this insoles only reach 9-10 to man; soft that make lower that 1.2in, (to me a little disapointed, but to my pain, can acceptable)

I am happy with these.i am now level with Snow Whites chest.
