I tend to be going towards these intra workouts . This works great. Great to drink during my workouts and noticing I’m putting good size and muscle on. Good energy. Flavors taste good. The only thing that has me concerned is the cancer and reproductive warning on the back. It sounds worse then it is really. I looked up the p65 warnings. It said it’s possible something in this has come across something then can cause those issues. Not for sure though. It’s just a warning they had to put in there by law. If anyone knows more on this please share thanks.

this works very well.It reminds me of Cell Tech by Muscle tech from back in the day. its just works better and gives you better and faster results..I was 222lbs when i started it and know i am 230 in about 2 weeks.and guess what.....not much water weight. if your looking for mass and size this is for you... getting lean no..when im bulking i would really buys this product again...

First off lets lay our cards on the table by saying this isn't a miracle drink; its rather pricey and houses a few types of creatine. So for those who have a hard time digesting monohydrate or simply stay away from creatine, you might want to look elsewhere.That being said, the product does deliver results, even on the first day of use. I was able to work out longer, with more weight, and had a decreased recovery time. And over time the benefits increase. I have only had the orange cooler, but the taste for that particular flavor is better than i had expected. Mixed properly with cold water i didn't mind sipping on it during my workouts, and came to like it. The biggest reason i chose this drink was the lack of high levels of caffeine that so many nitrogen drinks use. Caffeine does bad things to me so this route worked out well.As far as how long it lasts, well i never used more than a half scoop and it lasted a solid two months of working out five days a week. And to put it simply at the end of the two months i have never looked better. I know that's a hard core cliche, but in this case it really should matter as being a gym rat for the past four or five years it is nice to see the hard work pay off. And the best part is the only other supplement i used was a high quality whey protein, so no stacking of expensive supplements required.

Gives me a crazy pump and makes the workout last longer with increased intensity. Tastes great too.

I’ve had an odd experience with this product so bear with me.Pros- In terms of effectiveness, I love this product during my workouts. I feel pumped and ready to go from start to finish. Feel fuller as well. Taste is good.Con- This will sound weird, but when I scoop the powder right from the container, mix it, and workout right after, everything is fine. BUT… if I put this in a baggie or shaker or container and take it to work or on a trip and mix it with water several hours later at the gym, it smells and taste absolutely foul. So much so that I have dumped it out every time I’ve tried. No idea why this happens and if anyone else has experienced the same thing, but I have seen reviews for taste and smell so I’m guessing it’s the same scenario for them.Since I workout at my work gym a couple times a week, I’ve decided to stop buying it and stick to creatine monohydrate.
