Great tool for elderly pup
I have a 14 year old shihtzu who started having seizure like episodes out of no where. This collar allowed me to track his vitals while I was at work which put me at ease so much. It also sends me weekly emails of his vitals and how they have changed over time. I gave it 4 stars bc i wish battery life lasted longer. We go about a day and then have to recharge. But I’ve more than got my money’s worth.

DO NOT BUY! Product is cheaply made and falls apart.
My husband just left a message for your company. We are very displeased with our collar that we purchased less than 2 months ago. My husband opened a ticket a month ago about our collar falling apart and no one got back to him. I also opened a ticket a few weeks ago and never heard back. The collar has now come completely apart. We need a replacement immediately as this collar is used to monitor our dogs heart condition. He is at risk of sudden death. Due to your lack of response to our previous support tickets, you have left us with no option but to dispute this charge on our credit card. I expect for you to get back to me today and to provide overnight tracking information for his new collar.

Absolutely useless
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t update with gateway, doesn’t track any info, and all this after I had to wait more than 6 months to receive the stupid thing after I paid for it. Useless.
