A Veritable Sea of Claw Caps
Keeping in mind that I am an "experienced" user of claw caps, these are very easy to use and check all of the boxes for ease of application, long wear, glue quality, etc. They seem to be little sturdier than some of the other budget options, where the tips of the caps will sometimes break off. Some suggestions: 1) Your cats claws are probably not all the same size, just like your nails vary from finger to finger. Most of my cat's claws (he is a large male) fit well into Medium caps. Medium is also what this brand recommends for his weight. But I also keep a small set of Small caps on hand because his "pinkies" and dew claws are a little smaller, so a medium is not as snug of a fit. Mixing and matching brands won't make a difference, so you can try a much smaller quantity that will last you a while if you think this applies to your cat. 2) Your cat sheds the outer layer of its claws, just like a shark sheds its teeth. So when you see that he or she has lost a cap, don't just assume that it fell off, if it has a layer of claw still attached to the glue inside - it was shed. That means that you did nothing wrong, the cap and the glue are not bad, your cat is just doing what it is supposed to do. If you do not make a great big chore out of applying your cat's caps, you will have an easy time keeping up with this turnover. Usually, as soon as I notice that my cat has a free nail, I will trim it, and the next time the two of us have a free moment together in the kitchen, that sucker is getting capped. Your cat will have a lot more patience with one or two nails being done than the whole set anyway. 3) I keep my glue and the tip in a baggie in the fridge. I think it really helps. I can usually reuse the tip many times, but other people seem to have a problem with that sometimes, as they have the glue dry inside and need a new one every time. Obviously, avoid leaving a glob of glue in the tip if you can by sucking it back into the glue tube. You also don't have to use the tip necessarily if you don't have one, although this might be easier with bigger claws. 4) You only need a tiny bit of glue. Squeeze a small amount in, then squeeze the cap gently shut between your fingers. This distributes the glue around and you should just be able to see the glue when you are squeezing, not when it is open. What happens if you put too much glue in? Well, you will find out if you get any glue on yourself. It is viciously sticky and it hurts to get off. It will hurt your cat if it gets on its fur and skin and it tries to move its toes or get it off. The less pleasant the experience is for the cat, the harder it will be for everyone. Which brings me to my next point: 5) Treats. My cat is basically completely fine with claw caps being done and just sits there, because he gets ALL OF THE TREATS. He normally doesn't get very many, definitely not an everyday thing at my house. But with claw caps and medicine, I reward his patience generously. 6) Your cat will probably not like getting claw caps the first couple of times, but will get completely used to them. On the other hand, some cats just cannot do it. If you have that kind of cat, don't blame the product, just understand that this is not the right solution in your situation. And don't buy a bulk box of claw caps like this one if you haven't tried it even once.

Save your furniture!
These nail caps are awesome! I have actually been using them since 2022 and finally leaving a review. I love that these simple, inexpensive caps help keep my cat from destroying everything with scratching. They are really easy to put on and the glue keeps the caps on for weeks or more! My cat doesn't mind either. They are a great value and helps protect your household items from damage. I highly recommend for all cat owners!

Super cute
Easy to apply and looks super cute, comes with a ton of colors and a ton of super glue. My cats have been biting on them to get them off and they haven't budged yet.

Tried once and thats all ill do
But because my cat kept scratching on things, including our new couch. It does the job but can be difficult to put on. The nail glue is just like regular nail glue, I'd say almost like super glue. If you put too much it gets stuck to there for if you put two less it pops right off. They can grow into the nails and then it pops off. But my cat had one or two nails that we're on there for a long time and ended up getting pulled off. The colors are very vibrant and I like the different types of colors there were. I used this one time and decided not to use it again. You do need to cut down their nails some so that it has time to grow into kneecaps. The cap stayed on there for maybe a month so it was very sturdy and durable. You can definitely hear when the cat walks around the house when he had them on but it's not a annoying noise

A Kid-Safe Way to Protect Furniture from Curious Cat Claws
As a parent with kids and a very hands-on cat, I wanted something effective but gentle, and these VICTHY cat nail caps turned out to be a practical option for our household. When they arrived, the packaging was neat and organized, with multiple color choices that matched the listing photos exactly, and the caps themselves were made from a soft, flexible vinyl-like material that felt lightweight and smooth rather than hard or plastic. We used them mainly to keep our cat from scratching furniture and to avoid accidental scratches on little hands during playtime, and once applied, they stayed on well without bothering her or changing how she walked or played. I appreciated that the material stayed soft and quiet on hard floors, which helped reduce noise, and the included adhesive held up through normal activity, climbing, and lounging. The biggest positives were how gentle the material felt, how effective they were at reducing scratching, and how much peace of mind they gave us with kids around, while the downsides were that application takes a bit of patience and sizing can be tricky at first, especially with a wiggly cat. Overall, for a busy family with pets, the value for the money feels fair considering the amount included and how much wear theyโve saved on furniture and skin, and this has easily become one of those real-life parenting-and-pet tips Iโd mention in a casual social media post rather than something that feels like an overhyped product.

Miss diva
Very easy to put on very simple directions lots of colors and they work very well. I highly recommend especially if you have sassy diva cats like mine they seem to be very comfortable for my cats. The material was very soft and squishy. The coloring is very bright. The fit is very nice. Itโs just like fingernails for humans and you get a lot for the price.

Sheโs a diva ๐ ๐พ
This was my first time applying these to my cat and she did pretty well tolerating the process. Her pink nails are hilariously cute and diva-ish. Wish Iโd have found these a while ago! It has really put a halt on scratching at furniture and the caps donโt seem to bother her at all. I wish I just had an entire pack of pink ones though. Just be careful with the glue - itโs no joke! UPDATE: itโs been over 2 weeks since Iโve applied them and all the caps are still intact! I continue to be very pleased with the product. No more damage to household furniture. Sheโll still scratch at things sometimes, but the caps ensures she causes zero damage when she does. Also! Just emphasizing again to be very careful with the glue. Itโs best to have some pure acetone nail polish remover right beside you and some Q-tips just in case.

Items missing
Package arrived with the claw covers but missing the glue and applicators. Very disappointed as I cannot use these without the glue and applicators.

Work really well, seem strong and durable, easy to fit
These work very well. Our cat was a little nervous during the process of 'fitting' them but after a few minutes of playtime only occasionally tried to bite at them... a couple of days later, she's almost completely used to them. They are colourful, quite stylish (especially the glittery colours!) and definitely save furniture and assorted limbs from scratches. The fitting process was relatively straightforward but for us was definitely a 2-person job. We ordered 'Small' but even these were too large so we cut them to size, as per the instructions. The glue can get everywhere so be careful, especially upon first opening the little bottles (keep them upright as the glue is quite runny). All in all, very satisfied...

Help cut down on scratches to people and household items
These work great for helping cover the nails on our cat. Our cat is average size, and is a household cat. He is only 1, so very hyper, and is always running around, but unfortunately likes to have his claws out when he does, which can scratch us, our kids, our floors, and furniture. These do as expected, but there are a few drawbacks. 1. The glue is poor. Half of it is dried out before you even open the package. 2. The glue that is left over after use will dry up quickly, even if put in a pill container inside a ziploc bag. 3. The caps are random colours, meaning we can not have a matching set on the cat. Not everyone enjoys random colours. Some of us like consistency. 4. The caps smell. They have a very plastic/chemical smell on them that lasts for several days after being put on. 5. Having to purchase glue to make up for the dried glue is an added expense. We bought these in medium, hoping they would fit both of our cats, but the medium only fits our smaller one. We suspected this may be the case, so were not surprised. So, pay attention to the sizes when ordering, as these are not a one-size-fits-all all. Overall, these are good and seem to last for at least a week or two at a time, sometimes a little longer. A little overpriced considering the glue issues, but in the end, worth the buy to save our furniture and fingers when we play. We will purchase this again.
