Have been using for a couple of years now
It is a good purchase and I have been using this for a couple of years now - I use it around once every month. Very easy to use. A bit difficult to clean if you butter or oil it since you can separate the grill with the body so you have to be care when clean it to prevent water going into the machine. It is also non-stick so I don't need to use that much butter. i use my own timer to cook my batter rather than waiting for the light to turn green. I use it on high heat for around 3 minutes for my batter and they turn out nicely brown and crispy (not burnt).

Sticks & Burns
I was disappointed with the Sensio Home square waffle maker. The waffles didn’t turn out well; they were either burnt or undercooked in the middle and stick to the plate every single time. Additionally, there are no temperature settings available, which makes it difficult to achieve the perfect waffle. I’ve seen mixed reviews on various waffle products, but my experience with this one has been absolutely appalling. Cleaning it is also quite time-consuming.

Plug is wrong for Australia
This waffle maker is not for Australia connection. I have to spend another $12 for international plug to be able to use it. It does work quite well once I have it going. I do recommend this product to people who wants to spend more than you should. I was going to send it back at first, I would lose more than $12.
