Well, on the more expensive side, I enjoye the taste of this water. Before Stanley cups were a thing I would carry a bottle of Essentia water around and have an extra in my car (just in case). Gotta make sure you get your water intake in girlies and gentlemen. For some reason, the larger the bottle is the more it tricks your brain into thinking you must consume the entire bottle. My skin was brighter, I had more energy, I felt great. Not necessarily from the water itself (but matbe) just from consuming the large quantities of wate of course helped my hair my skin my overall appearance. I would recommend. Water do amazing things for your appearance. The larger the bottle the better the benefits.

I’ve tried quite a few different bottled waters, and Essentia Ionized Alkaline Water definitely stands out.
