So both the Original and the Memory Foam have the same, clinically proven waterbase technology inside, the difference is with the fiber or foam filling. We tend to reccomend the foam to back sleepers because of its lower loft, and it is a bit firmer than the Original. This is no ordinary foam - we searched the world for this special memory foam that is very soft compared to other memory foam, so that you can still get that responsive support from the waterbase.
