I have been looking for a nice smartwatch for a while as I am not a fan of Apple's. I wanted a watch that was actually a nice looking watch. The Helvei one is perfect. All the features you could need, easy to sync to phone and looks good. 5 Stars.

Looks nice
Very nice watch, but seems to be zero support for it anymore. The app isn't good. I couldn't get it to charge either, sent back.

Just what I was looking for!
My husband had been talking about hybrid smartwatches for a while as he really likes the idea of a watch with an analog look but with the added smart features. I did some research and got him a Helvei Synq as it had pretty much his favourite look. He's beyond pleased with it and hasn't stop wearing it since he got it. Synching it was a breeze and editing the notification alerts was easy enough. The watch looks amazing and, at a glance, you could never tell that it's a smartwatch. Really pleased with it. Super recommended!

Nicht verwendbar
Ich hatte diese Uhr bestellt, da sie mit einem Metallarmband angeboten wurde (brauche ich wg. Allergien gegen Stoffe in Leder-/Gummiarmbändern), auf den Bildern recht passabel aussah, die Funktionsbeschreibung plausibel klang und die Herstellerwebseite (Helvei) recht seriös aussah. In Wirklichkeit scheint das aber ein chinesisches Produkt zu sein, jedenfalls ist die mitgelieferte Kurzbedienungsanleitung nicht von jemandem geschrieben der des Deutschen bzw. des Englischen mächtig ist. Die Uhr kommt in einer sehr wertig wirkenden Verpackung und mit einem USB-Ladegerät, in das man sie (etwas mühsam) einlegen kann. Die über playstore herunterzuladende App ist etwas dürftig, angesichts des Gesamtpreises aber ok. Leider ist die Uhr aber nicht verwendbar, denn man kann nichts auf ihr erkennen, wenn man sie nicht gegen eine Lichtquelle hält: Ziffernblatt, Zeitstriche, Zeiger, sonstige Angaben - alles ist schwarz, eine Beleuchtungsfunktion scheint es nicht zu geben, jedenfalls steht nichts dazu in der Bedienungsanleitung. Eine Anfrage beim Hersteller Helvei blieb unbeantwortet. Daher habe ich die Uhr zurückgesandt.
