I endured progressing knee bone on bone for years so if you have waited to try these they will build up knee or any joint needing such. The sooner you start the sooner you will have improvement. they are not like a advil headache pill that takes effect in minutes. They build up how quickly depends on how long you endured, for me I did 2 bottles of 230, 2 in the morning and 1 at night.by 3/4 thru the second bottle I found the bone on bone knee started to ease off and after one year I can walk over 1 mile and hills, improvement from 300 yards then bone on bone pain stopped all walking. Now 1 or 2 in the morning is good, they do rebuild cartilage, stay with it a knee takes a beating over time. It definitely has an effect on my joints. I've been taking for years now. I am disappointed that they sell (or used to sell) a version without the manganese which is a critical nutrient and was used in the study the showed the spinal discs growing back.

Perfect brand for effectiveness. I’ve been taking it as a prophylactic for 15 yrs. My joints are good and no bones replaced. At age 81 ! Can’t prove it works, but why not.

This is close to what I give to my cats when they get hurt. The first time I used it was with my cat who thought she was still young and can jump. After a few days I could not find her inside the house. She jumped outside through my second story window. I had to go to work early morning, in winter, Alaska, and it is black plus she was a black cat. I couldn't find her. I was upset all day. When I came home there she was running toward me without a limp. I thought I would have to take her to a vet. I gave her the pill for a week. She never had a problem. Now I have given this same pill for my over weight feral cat, British Shorthair which are notorious for conserving their energy. She's lost weight but my daughter accidentally stepped on her foot. She limped. Gave her an equivalent pill for cats and she is fine. So I know this works. The pill equivalent for cats had boswelli in it so I added that. I am over sixty and plan on using this everyday for the rest of my life. I do not plan on slowing down not even for one day. I know this pill works by experience. They also have this for dogs & horses too.
