I believe it has about 10 mg of caffeine abut the taste is great and I do not feel any side effects of the caffeine.

I like to drink a lot, but water leaves me feeling meh. I am trying to reduce diet soda, and Crystal Light fits the bill. I can make a pitcher that lasts me a couple of days. I feel good about drinking it because there are no calories or sugar. It's a satisfying drink that does not break the bank. I always have a couple of packets in my kitchen pantry, and the convenience is appreciated. There are several great flavors, but the fruit punch is the best. The taste is crisp and satisfies my drinking urge, and it's almost a dessert treat for me.

One of the best flavors in my opinion. Been a buyer for so many years now. While the price flucuates, I just wait to buy it when the price dips down. I also like the lemonade, sweet and peach teas. The concorde grape is good too.

This is very flavorful I find I can stretch it to 3 L without really comprimising on taste.. I bought large amount and split cost with another diabetic family member to help keep cost down to price I can afford other wise way to expensive. Love to find more bulk flavors as will get tired of one flavor. But I must admit whole family loves them and better for kids to keep sugars low as well.
