I have been order this gluten free bread for months! Always taste great! The best gluten free bread ever!! Highly recommended

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The ONLY GF bread that tastes good without toasting, with a texture similar to wheat bread

There are several bougie smaller-batch GF breads that I really like. However, ALL of them must be toasted. This one does not. In fact, it is not meant to be stored in the freezer like most GF breads. It can be stored on the counter for, I believe, a few days but maintains its pillowy soft texture if you store it in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator. Hallelujah!! I don't always want to eat a sandwich made with toasted bread...that's not how most sandwiches are served. Important to note: Canyon Bakehouse makes many flavors of GF bread. Only a couple maintain the soft texture and don't need to be toasted. For example their Mountain White GF bread does need to be frozen and toasted. If you look on the company website, only the ones that say "Stay Fresh!" are the ones that have the soft texture without toasting.
