LAVO Microdermabrasion Cream - Exfoliating Face Scrub, Blackhead Remover, Pore Minimizer - for Normal, Dry, Oily, and Combination Skin Types

Wonderful company and product! The customer service is fantastic. They contacted me a few times about my satisfaction of the product and I am finally getting around to reviewing it now. I really like this microdermabrasion cream facial scrub. I will be purchasing more soon. I don't use the cleanser i bought from this company, I think my skin was a little irritated from it. I will try the Aloe Cleanser next time. As of now i have been using this product daily, in combination with the giovanni detox cleanser (step 1), then i use this (Step 2.). (Step 3) Rinse and use a warm washcloth to polish. That is my daytime routine. At night i use this product only. Seems to be helping. I haven't tried my cleansing brush i bought because i was told by a professional it would spread acne. (not their product, just in general). I am in no way putting down their product!! I think it is really great. Nice and gentle. Something without a bunch of acids. More soothing than most scrubs. I like that this is more a cream like it says. It has VERY fine grit and is not as harsh as most. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and renewed. If you have been thinking about getting this product but looking at other options, I would encourage you to give this product a try, It's great! It doesn't leave your skin dry and depleted. Some scrubs actually hurt rather than help because you need some natural oils. This does the trick!

I thought I should write in a review on this product after seeing that most of the reviews for it (so far) have been from customers who have received the product for free.That being said, I have to agree completely with the overall assessment that this is an excellent product. It feels great on my face and after using it my skin feels extremely soft. I can already start to see my pores getting smaller. I am hoping that with continued use (I've only had it for a short while) that it will help with some of those stubborn blackheads that have lived on my nose for as long as I can remember- I will update in several weeks once I have come to a verdict!The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was very shocked to see how small of a quantity you actually get (its a 2 oz jar). I was expecting something a bit more substantial for almost $30. I know you are only supposed to be using it a couple of times a week and that you don't need a ton of it at once, but I'm not 100% convinced that I'm getting a good value here.Overall, I would recommend this product. I do think that you will enjoy it once you get over the sticker shock!!

First, let me clarify that I DID NOT get this product discounted or for free :) I have been looking for a good facial product since I am pushing 40 this year and I am trying to persevere my skin and dimenish fine lines and wrinkles I have acquired. I bought myself this product as a Christmas gift. I absolutely love Love LOVE it. I use it x1 to x2 per week and always notice a difference in my skin. I will normally use it right before bed or right upon weakening and over the next 24hrs after use, notice how clean, clear, and fresh my face appears afterward. My skin also appears to have a softer and more moisturized look to it as well (especially in photos). The lines and wrinkles, especially around my eyes and mouth, always look less noticeable as well. I'm definitely buying more LAVO products. I have used this product since Dec 2015 (it's June 2016 now) and will continue using and reviewing LAVO. Definitely recommend it. I have had zero issue with breaking out from using this. There is sometimes some slight warming or light tingling but only when I haven't used it for a few weeks. Overall, I have found it to be fairly gentle. Use it as directed and I don't think there will be many that are dissatisfied with it. I will try to add some photos of my face BEFORE and AFTER soon. I don't know alot about face scrubs so I can't really compare this to others on the market but it seems to be working. After I rinse it off my face feels very smooth. Then I immediately put on my moisturizer. My skin is super sensitive so I only use this once a week. I apply it gently with my finger tip not a derma roller. Ugh just the sound of a derma roller seems painful. I don't think your face is supposed to bleed in order for products to work. This face scrub lasts a long time and is priced fairly. I'll continue with it an update my review if anything changes.

So far I have used this product twice. A little bit goes a long way. I really like how my skin feels when using it. I can tell that it's very gently exfoliating my skin. I use it in the shower with a Konjac Facial Sponge that I bought here on Amazon. After using it my face feels so smooth and healthy. I didn't find the scent unpleasant or too strong either. I did notice that the directions on the back seem to cut off. It says, "Do not use during or right after chemical" and then nothing. I'm guessing they don't want you to use it during or right after a chemical peel, I just hope there is nothing else left off the end of that. ;)

I like it!! It feels good on my skin and not too harsh or rough! Takes off all the dead skin and is making my pores look smaller! I also got the lavo grio face washer with two different heads. One is for everyday use and the other one is just for scrubs! LOVE it!! My sink is so much cleaner, like deep clean! My blackheads are going away and I’m seeing less breakouts! Plus my fine lines and wrinkles are softer looking and seem to be getting better. They at least look better! You can’t go wrong.. can’t wait to see what my skin looks like after going through a whole jar!!! FYI I’ve only been using this stuff for a couple weeks..

I use this product 2 times a week for about 1 month now. I bought it for spotty brownish facial discoloration, to minimize my pore size and possibly (although not counting on) reducing fine lines. I will say I like the product. It reduced the visibility of my discoloration by about 15%, no reduction in fine lines/wrinkles that I can see yet, but the best part is it minimized the size of my pores by about 50%. The cream is very gentle and a little does go a long way. It is unscented and I use it with my cleansing facial brush. I would recommend this product!
