I was really sick the past two weeks and this has been a life saver. I used to purchase mucinex dm, but this is much more affordable and works really well. 2023 research has shown phenylephrine (dayquil, a lot of other cold meds) has NO efficacy as a decongestant and dextromethomorphan (ingredient in this med and mucinex dm) is recommended instead. The pill is HUGE, which is the only downside but it is a fraction of the price as the brand name. If you cannot take large pills, go with the brand name. Also it is non-drowsy, which is a must during daytime

I've had this junk in my lungs for 7 weeks but it's getting better. 2 doctors appointments and they don't know what's up. The St. Louis area is like a cell for respiratory problems. Everyone knows someone who's had it if not themselves. Good price. Hopefully I won't need it anytime soon but if I do I will buy from this seller again. Peace out..

Same exact ingredients as the name brand and SO MUCH cheaper! These work great at busting up that mucus and getting it out of your chest and throat!

Was skeptical about this since I never heard of it but it does work and the best is it does last for 12 hours. The only drawback is you feel dryness and would need to drink lots of water
